S	Silvie P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pokoje nemají dostatek zásuvek, přistýlku jsme si do pokoje museli dát sami, karta na zámek na dveřích nefungovala, museli nám dát klíče, lokalita moc hezká hotel je vedle kolonády a krásného parku, jídlo také není špatné, interiér hotelu také vcelku hezký ale tolik problémů jen co jsme přijeli jsem ještě nezažila the rooms do not have enough drawers, we had to put an extra bed in the room ourselves, the card for the lock on the door did not work, they had to give us keys, location very nice hotel is next to the colonnade and beautiful park, food is not bad, hotel interior also quite nice but so many problems I haven't experienced just since we arrived
C	CW Z on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Zimmer sind gut. Der Service für Bedienung und Rezeption prima. Das Zimmermädchen ausgezeichnet und umsichtig. Die med. Anwendungen waren fachgerecht. Der Arzt war halbherzig bei der Sache und ging nicht auf die Belange ein. Das Essen war sätigend und abwechslungsreich. Das Gemüse wurde teilweise nicht durchgegart. Bei Anreise mit dem Auto ist zu beachten, dass keine kostenfreie Parkplätze zur Verfügung stehen, es muß ein Parkhaus, ca 800 Meter entfernt, benutzt werden. Kosten pro Woche ca. 42,00 Euro. Sehr gute Lage des Hotels direkt am großen Kurpark und den kolonaden. The rooms are good. The service for wait staff and reception was great. Housekeeping excellent and thoughtful. The med. Applications were professional. The doctor was half-hearted about the matter and ignored the matter. The food was filling and varied. The vegetables were sometimes not cooked through. When arriving by car, please note that there are no free parking spaces available, a parking garage approx. 800 meters away must be used. Costs around 42.00 euros per week. Very good location of the hotel directly on the large spa park and the colonnades.

B	B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Restaurant has the most unfriendly personal in this town. I couldn't even try their food, because they "didn't serve lunch" since they had a group of guest (10 people in an otherwise empty space)....and were rude about it.

M	Matěj Rejhon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had terrible experience with this hotel and its cafe. I came in to the cafe order a coffee to go. Only 1 table was occupied. Non of the staff appear in 5 minutes, so I tried to find any one in lobby. I said hello to the person whom I recognized as a staff. His replay was "what do you want". I was bit shocked but anyway, I told him that I would like to order something in cafe if he could help me with that. His answer this time was "I dont want to go there now, wait" literarly "I DONT WANT". Once he didnt want, I requested for his name and number to hotel manager. He said that he will not give me any number and that in his hotel he might do whatever he wants(which is actually right, if he's the owner, what I doubt!) I was really shocked that hotel which got 4* might show such a disrespect to the guest. then I actually realized why only one table was occupied, I guess I wasnt the first disappointed customer.
