★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice facade of the building. Very good customer service. Lovely breakfast, dinner fair. Average choice. One day they had no potatoes and rice just their traditional "knedliky' which are good to my liking, however my nephews who visited me were not used to them and could not eat it. There was a problem with the bathrooms draining water in the showers. We were upgraded to a suite, which I appreciate, nevertheless the problem persisted. No covid restrictions in the hotel (e.g.: hotel itself, elevator, buffet restaurant). Not everyone might like that. At the same time everyone who enters the hotel shall be either vaccinated or providing the antigen tests, so maybe that was the reason that people felt safer this way, however the pandemic is not over yet. Nice SPA area, but the pool looks more like a plunge then a proper swimming pool. This is too small for such serving house. Great location of the hotel thought. Everything was close and accessible. In overall the stay was OK. Thank you!
