If you want to save time and worries (for some time = money), I recommend looking for more capable competition with energy supply.

It measures another customer and new customers by another meter. My grandfather was with them for several years, a contract was once concluded with him by a lady who visited him in person (formerly Energy for Life). After the last bill, I wasn't surprised. Permanent unregulated monthly salary CZK 241! .. and plus the classically regulated salary for a circuit breaker. In the internet current price list, the unregulated salary is only CZK 72.6. So I requested a complete price list, because the bill did not correspond to the online price list and another price list could not be found. First I received an answer such as: "We are very sorry, but the price for distribution is charged by the distributor himself. . " They delivered the price list related to our professional position later. Only suitable for someone who doesn't deal with prices much and leaves everything at that. Communication got stuck from time to time, but they always tried to help and advise. We changed the tariff to D57D due to the installation of the heat pump and the processing time also not much. Billing came relatively late. So I decided to change supplier and moved to the competition without hesitation. I had the energy rewritten for myself. In the D57D tariff for 1 new VAT, I pay CZK 2.1 in VT and CZK 2.0 in NT. For EPET it would be CZK 2,626 in VT and CZK 2,169 in NT. Energy prices are therefore relatively expensive. After calculation according to the ERO calculator for the last billing of the grandfather and thorough completion of consumption, they were by far the most expensive and the price did not correspond to the ERO calculator at all. So it measures by another meter.

The worst thing you can ever meet. Yes, I'm stupid that I didn't find out more about this company. But after the death of my mother, I was forced to sign up for this company. These scoundrels calculated our deposit for 5000 CZK .. after calling another company, I was told that I should pay about 660 CZK. So what is this scam ?!

At this company we were with el. fortunately only 5 days - for this period they sent a bill for about 2500 CZK! We did not reach the stated meter readings even two months after the sent statement! Even when we were no longer their customers, they sent us a new schedule of advance payments for the following period ... absolute dissatisfaction, chaos, I have no idea what they are reading meter readings, in fact, certainly not!

Much better communication than other energy suppliers, where I waited for a response for several weeks. My request was processed to my satisfaction and the behavior was fair. Thank you.

I have gas and electricity for epets and I must say that I am satisfied with the price and approach. When I need to work something out with them, I just need to call or write an email, and even if it sometimes takes a while, I'm happy with them! And especially in today's difficult times, when prices are rising enormously, I bow to all employees who are trying to handle the current onslaught of all customers and process their requirements. Even though customers are not always so friendly.

It would be good to say that I have not had a problem with Epet yet. Unfortunately, today I confirmed that it is because I did not have to deal with them. 16.2 I received a gas bill informing me that I had an overpayment of 5222, - and that it would be returned to me by transfer to the account by the due date 2.3.22. Today is 4.3. and the overpayment was still nowhere, so I called the infoline where the problem was. The operator told me that they did not send me anything due to the fact that I sent a deposit of 2000 for the whole year, - instead of 2100, - and for this reason the system evaluated that they would not send me anything in the end :-D. The truth is that from the beginning I paid 2000, - according to the payment calendar and in the middle of 2021 they sent me by email information where the increase to 2100, -. I missed this email, so I paid the rest of the year for the originally prescribed 2000, -. But for God's sake, it's a deposit !!! I don't pay for my actual consumption every month !! And the deposit of 2,000 covered my consumption and I still have an overpayment, so what are we dealing with? The lady came to me a little outside and still claimed that by paying 100 less each month, they had to take 100 the following month. All this, but I have the bill taken into account (even the reduced deposit by 100, -) so there is a bill so that the client knows how much he lost and how much money he did not send there. In the end, after a long explanation, the lady told me that they would recalculate it and send it to my account without the 100, - those about 7 months :-D, so I really blew it up !!!! I write again, in the bill, my advances (reduced by 100,) are precisely stated. And now they want to deduct the money from my overpayment from the prescribed deposit, which is already "missing" in the bill. Poor operator couldn't understand that if I sent 100 more, I would have an even bigger overpayment ... Maybe someone would explain it to her next time. And the biggest peak of dilettanie is that they don't even let the customer know !!!!!
