★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warning: This bank is not really ready to deal with customers in person. Tried to deliver some important documents myself to make sure they don't get lost during transit, however the guy on reception was completely confused and didn't have clue what to do with these documents, my confidence that they'll get delivered properly are now even lower than if I'd be sending them via Czech Post. It's a shame especially for a bank.

I could call support and ask questions easily before. Now I have spent more than 35 minutes on the line yesterday and 30 today and no one picks up any more!
I went to the place for advise, they tell me to call the customer line to get more info with what I need, it's ridiculous.

Three times I have been redirected to someone else, supposed to be an english speaker, who just didn't pick up the phone.
I ended up opening my account at Raiffeisen.
