Subsequently, they informed me that everyone would call in the evening to ask who was really interested. If there are more applicants, everything will take place in the form of an auction - nothing like that was stated in the advertisement…, but be…. There was a call in the evening, but with the information that the price was increased by another client. Since I was interested in the property, I was 160 thousand in a few minutes. CZK "poorer". I was assured by Mr. Čechák all the time, as well as during Mr. Pobořil's inspection, that they did not have a crown from the increased amount! And they don't want to screw up the price as much as possible, on the contrary, they want both parties to be satisfied .. ehm… well .. the opposite was probably true! Mr. Čechák assured me that he would contact how other clients would react to my offer and after discussing everything with the owner. We will then act further. So I waited, waited and waited…. Unfortunately, in vain, because relatively soon the ad disappeared from the offer and I did not receive a phone call and, of course, the apartment…. Yes, I did not lose any money, but a person who is genuinely interested does not buy real estate on a treadmill, but it is a step in his life, and therefore he is anxiously waiting for everything to turn out, calculates the finances with it. , where he can or cannot go yet, etc., this action is TRUE GRASS! With nothing left of the announced "fairness" and equality for all the clients that the gentlemen were constantly trying to reassure, one would expect at least ELEMENTARY SLUDICE - that is, a call that the property had been sold to someone else. Although in strange and opaque circumstances… Gentlemen still have a lot to learn in dealing with people, because pleasing speeches and smiles are not everything - with ERGONOMY KROMĚŘÍŽ NEVER AGAIN!
