★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Otřesný přístup k zákazníkům (prodavač nás nechal čekat 15 minut venku v zimě). I po vstupu se choval velmi arogantně. Ceny jsou vyšší než u konkurence, ač mají venku napsáno, že mají slevy. Už nikdy víc.
 Terrible approach to customers (the salesman kept us waiting 15 minutes outside in the winter). Even after entering, he behaved very arrogantly. Prices are higher than the competition, although they have written outside that they have discounts. Never more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy asked us if we need any help. I told him we will look around and let him know if we need any help. Then he said that Charles Bridge and Old Town Square is for looking at. I told him if he has any problems we can leave. Then he said okay but don’t touch anything. He was so rude with his attitude, we left immediately.
