Absolutely terrible communication. They just sent an email saying that if we need English, it offers a new term, but the room as such is adapted for English speakers (so no problem?). The whole email was that they had a problem regarding the possible number of people at the front desk or how, but there was nothing about the game being canceled. After a colleague's phone call about the English and more details, he was told that the game had been canceled. So I called there, and I'm sorry. Mainly, I got a reminder that it's the game today! If I hadn't called, we would be standing there like idiots at the entrance and no one was anywhere. Terrible attitude! Learn to write clear emails and not that if we want, they will change the deadline, which we did not agree with and for people who would like to make a reservation - do not send money in advance to the account they have there! UPDATE: I would like to comment on the company's response, because it does not work otherwise! Nobody called me, I don't have a missed call and I strongly doubt that due to other reviews. You sent an email response at midnight the day before (teambuilding for us, so thanks) and with a completely different wording, not that you are canceling the game! I have an email at my disposal and no one from us I told to read really understood it! Regarding prepayment defaults - it wasn't an incident, it's just a hint for people to keep it on the spot before dealing with a refund when they send it to you in advance! And if the rest of the services, as you say answered, work normally, then what other services do you think when you have a shortage of staff (you told us that only English-speaking staff) and after the phone call that day you didn't offer any other services or a discount, so don't insult us ! We simply do not recommend your services!
