★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfektní dárek. Náš šéf byl nadšený. Ze začátku jsem měla obavu, zda to přijde dojít včas, ale jejich zák. podpora je skvělá. Přišlo to hned na druhý den až z Prahy, takže na pondělí bylo vše připraveno. Doporučuji všem.
PS: vybrali jsme balíček "vínař"
 The perfect gift. Our boss was excited. At first I was worried about whether it would come on time, but their law. the support is great. It came the very next day from Prague, so everything was ready on Monday. I recommend to all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asi jedna z nejlepších služeb,která mi byla za poslední roky poskytnuta. Vstřícné a mile jednání. Kos jsem objednal jeden den v pul desáté večer a následující den jsem ho měl v 18 hodin doma na stole, a to i přes avizovanou nemoc pracovníků!! Obrovský dík za Kos jako dárek!
Probably one of the best services I've been given in recent years. Friendly and kind dealings. I ordered Kos one day at half past nine in the evening and the next day I had it at the table at 6 pm at home, despite the notified illness of the staff !! Huge thanks for Kos as a gift!

We had a query on how to pay with a UK credit card and Jakub responded to us very quickly and we were able to place the order with no problems. The order was delivered the next day and our daughter and her boyfriend were very happy with the quality and contents of the Gift Basket. They are now looking forward to having a go at making some home-made Sushi. She also said how friendly and professional Jakub was. The communication was fantastic, even with our language barrier (which have to say Jakub was far better than the non-attempt of my Czech!) and he even hand-wrote the Gift Card for us. . Would definitely recommend. Very high standard of service and the Gift Baskets are lovely. Thank you Jakub.
