Musím ale říct, že slečna/mladá paní za pokladnou nebyla dvakrát příjemná a podle recenzí zde to není jen můj dojem. Kvůli tomu chodím raději jinam, kde nemám pocit, že je obtěžuji. But I must say that the lady / young lady behind the cashier was not twice pleasant and according to reviews here it is not just my impression. That's why I prefer to go somewhere else where I don't feel like bothering them.

Dnes byl opět problém,prodavačce nešel kód a ani se neobtěžovala to zkusit vyřešit s někým kompetentním, Byla drzá a ani se neobtěžovala mi dát účtenku,naopak mě vyslala pro jiný kus který samozřejmě také nešel. Mezitím už ode mne měla platbu na místě na peníže, což jí také nepřišlo divné. No ve výsledku mne rýže stála 120,- místo 20,-. Až se změní personál na nějaký normální a prozákaznický tak se možná zase stavím, třeba pro tofu za 300. When the staff changes to some normal and pro-customer, so maybe I bet again, for the tofu for 300.

Když jsem za ní přišla, jestli bych se mohla na něco zeptat, tak zvedla hlavu a pozdvihla obočí - absolutní katastrofa. Při placení mi neřekla částku, jenom čekala, až jí dám peníze. Když jsem řekla, ze budu platit kartou, tak na to zase nic neřekla jenom naťukala částku a při odchodu nepozdravila ani mě, ani přítele. V dnešní době, kdy se daji zdravé potraviny sehnat na každém rohu, tak by tady mohli začít víc snažit. Sortiment mají celkem zajímavý, ale to je tak vše. I have to join the other comments. She didn't tell me the amount to pay, she just waited for her to give her the money. When I said I was going to pay by card, she said nothing but tapped the amount and did not say hello to me or my boyfriend. Nowadays, when healthy foods can be found on every corner, they could start trying harder. The range is quite interesting, but that's it.

Nejdřív neodpověděly na pozdrav, při platbě jedna naťukala částku, ani se na mě nepodívala, pokračovala v hlasitém rozhovoru s kolegyní, řekla jsem 'děkuji' a opět to bylo ignorováno. Fakt nic moc příjemného. I give three stars for a large selection of goods and two for a shop assistant who can't behave. At first they did not respond to the greeting, one of them tapped the amount at the payment, did not even look at me, continued a loud conversation with my colleague, I said 'thank you' and again it was ignored. Not really nice.

B	BAM Methodology on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall very good choice of products as usual but since 6 month the team have changed and there is a new blonde women on the cashdesk that just never smiles, never even happy to help for advices and worst of all look grimpy all the time I asked for a bag or anything else (she reacted the same for all customers i saw there). I am a regular client (2x a week) and if I was the manager I would definitly check that review twice and do something to arrange this "atmosphere" for a nicer one. Right now Im going to Herbivore on Vyton because at least, there, they are super friendly :-)
