★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to verify some documents and get some post marks. I was waiting 15 minutes in the queue and the verification was done during next 15 minutes. The post lady was very nice.
The place is clean and shiny.
Besides longer waiting everything is great :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good service, in the entrance there will be a monitor where you can choose different services onnce you chose your service you will get a token (in the machine you can select the following languages Czech, German and English).Once you have done this you can sit in a chair and wait for your number to show up in the screen and it will show the counter to which your number is allotted.Most of them speak English and very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Live nearby and this is my local post office. Usually quite friendly and lines are usually not long outside rush hours. I don’t speak Czech but they seem appreciative if you try to say a few words. Often they can speak a little English or we use hand gestures.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been living in Prague for three years and today in this Ceska Posta I had the most unpleasant experience so far in Czechia. I was attended by Eva, she was rude, mean, unhelpful and she even screamed at me several times. I hope I don't need to step in this Ceska Posta ever again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to give them minus -1000 stars. They are the rudest, angriest and most incompetent employees of any post office I’ve visited in Czech Republic. Not only can many of them speak English but just refuse to because they want to be difficult, lazy or obstinate, but they make a concerted effort to make the entire postal experience as bureaucratic and arduous as possible. These are the absolute worst people — it’s worth a tram ride to go to a different location. I’ve had issues with this office on multiple occasions. They’re always rude every single time. Huffing and slamming pens, packages and stamps at the customer. Avoid

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a foreigner trying my best to speak czech I was just grinned at by the worker (2.Mai on station 7) who did not want to serve me if I couldn’t explain in czech what kind of insured letter I wanted to send.
