J	Jiří Lorenčík on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zhruba před dvěmi lety a třemi měsíci jsem si u tohoto prodejce koupil mobilní telefon značky HTC, po roce a půl jsem jej reklamoval, obchod mi vyšel vstříc, mobil poslal na opravu do Polska a přesně za měsíc jsem ho měl zpět opravený. Nyní 2 dny po konci záruky přišel další problém. Reklamovat u prodejce již nejde (konec záruky, což je samozřejmost), jediná možnost byla placená oprava, přičemž zjistili že problém je v základovce, proto je mobil neopravitelný. Z vlastních zkušeností NEDOPORUČUJI kupovat jakoukoli elektroniku od takovýchto no name obchodů, sice ušetříte několik tisíc ale po záruční době to jde rychle do koše. Nechápu jak prodejce může prodávat mobily levněji, než sám výrobce? Proto doporučuji si připlatit a koupit mobil od nějakého oficiálního kvalitního prodejce. Mimo to jsem si k telefonu musel koupit navigaci SYGIC, kterou si můžete normálně zadarmo stáhnout z google play, čekal bych alespoň nějakou pro verzi na originálním disku, ne na vypáleném CDčku. Proto tento obchod hodnotím 0 hvězdičkama. About two years and three months ago, I bought a HTC mobile phone from this seller, after a year and a half I complained about it, the store came up to me, sent my phone to Poland for repair, and in just a month I had it repaired. Now 2 days after the end of the warranty came another problem. The seller can no longer complain (end of warranty, of course), the only option was paid repair, and found that the problem is in the base, so the phone is irreparable. From my own experience I do NOT recommend buying any electronics from such no name stores, although you will save several thousand, but after the warranty period it quickly goes to the trash. I do not understand how a retailer can sell mobile phones cheaper than the manufacturer himself? Therefore, I recommend paying extra and buying a mobile phone from an official quality seller. Besides, I had to buy SYGIC navigation, which you can normally download for free from google play, I would expect at least some version on the original disc, not on a burned CD. That's why I rate this store with 0 stars.

Lákají na slušnou cenu, ale pokud budete mít na zařízení závadu, rovnou můžete telefon vyhodit. Můj Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, koupen za 14.900 Kč mám doma po roce používání už jen jako těžítko. Po cca jednom roce od koupě, začel telefon vykazovat vady. Vypadával signál, nefungovali data. Telefon jsem během roku (ano, celý spor se táhne už více jak rok) reklamoval celkem 5x a pokaždé byla reklamace zamítnuta. Nebudu zde rozebírat detaily, ale jejich praktiky jsou opravdu nechutné. Vydělávají na lidech tím, že v Maďarsku apod. kupují levné telefony, v ČR prodají a o záruční servis se vůbec nestarají, protože telefony vlastně ani nemají u koho reklamovat. Tím pádem Vám dokola reklamace zamítají, vymýšlí si různé mechanické závady, které jste údajně způsonil Vy, dokud nevyprší záruka. Pokud nevěříte, před nákupem si na internetu dohledejte zkušenosti jiných zákazníků s reklamacemi ESOMOBIL. Podobné spory, jako ten můj, se táhnou už od roku 2010, co jsem dohledal. A jsou jich desítky! Je až neuvěřitelné, že taková podvodná společnost dokáže na našem trhu fungovat tak dlouho. A aby taky ne, když dokáží třeba i to, že si mažou negativní recenze na serveru HEUREKA.cz. NIKOMU TENTO OBCHOD NEDOPORUČUJI, VYHNĚTE SE MU OBLOUKEM. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO BUY ANYTHING IN THIS E-SHOP. Attention, it is a reseller of Polish, Hungarian, etc. phones. They attract a good price, but if you have a problem with your device, you can throw it away. They make money from people by buying cheap phones in Hungary, etc., selling them in the Czech Republic and not even caring about warranty service, because they don't even have anyone to complain about. Therefore, they will reject your complaints all the time, inventing various mechanical defects that you allegedly caused you until the warranty expires. If you do not believe, check out other customers' experiences with ESOMOBIL complaints before buying. Disputes similar to mine have been going on since 2010, since I found out. And there are dozens of them! It is unbelievable that such a fraudulent company can operate in our market for so long. And not so, if they can even do that they delete negative reviews on the server HEUREKA.cz. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP, AVOID THE ARC.

Koupil jsem si u nich mobil LG G4, který, jak jistě mnozí z vás víte, trpěl tzv. bootloop defektem (telefon se nebyl schopen pustit - běžela neustále úvodní animace). Tato vada postihla i můj kus. Při první reklamaci byly vyměněny celé "vnitřnosti" telefonu, což je u tohoto typu závady v pořádku. Problémy se však po čase vrátily - tentokrát nešlo fotografovat s bleskem, protože se telefon vždycky vypnul a nešel zapnout. Reklamoval jsem ho podruhé. Byl mi navrácen s tím, že došlo k opravě firmware a telefon funguje. V den přijetí zásilky jsem telefon vyzkoušel a chyba přetrvávala. Reklamoval jsem naposledy s tím, že jde o podstatné porušení kupní smlouvy a že chci odstoupit od smlouvy a vrátit peníze. Telefon mi byl vrácen s tím, že bylo zjištěno poškození firmware vnějším vlivem (zásah uživatele), a tudíž byla reklamace zamítnutá. Takže abych to shrnul. Za poškozený telefon si mohu sám a víc se mým případem nebude nikdo zabývat. Nemohu tedy jinak než tuto společnost NEDOPORUČIT!!! I bought an LG G4 phone from them, which, as many of you know, suffered from a so-called bootloop defect (the phone was unable to start - the introductory animation was constantly running). This defect also affected my piece. During the first complaint, the entire "insides" of the phone were replaced, which is fine with this type of defect. However, the problems returned over time - this time it was not possible to take pictures with the flash, because the phone always turned off and did not go on. I complained about him a second time. It was returned to me stating that the firmware had been repaired and the phone was working. On the day the shipment was received, I tried the phone and the error persisted. The last time I complained was that it was a material breach of the purchase agreement and that I wanted to withdraw from the agreement and return the money. The phone was returned to me stating that the firmware was damaged by external influences (user intervention), and therefore the complaint was rejected. So to sum it up. I can blame myself for a damaged phone and no one will deal with my case anymore. So I can NOT RECOMMEND other than this company !!!
