★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přesnou adresu jsem si musela zjistit ze Street View, protože ve vyhledavači je jen vágní výkřik "Horní" a v podobném duchu to pokračuje... Ze začátku velmi ochotní a snaživí, ale bohužel "levá ruka neví, co dělá pravá". Při vyřizování úvěru tam běháte stokrát, protože vám prakticky nikdy nepodají kompletní informace a vždycky něco chybí. Vyřizování trvá třikrát déle než bylo ujišťováno. Když se na něco zeptáte musí si to nejdřív zjistit, protože to nevědí. Zkrátka docela nešťastná pobočka, kam doufám, že už nikdy nezabloudím.

At first very willing and diligent, but unfortunately "the left hand does not know what the right does". You run there a hundred times when processing a loan, because they practically never give you complete information and there is always something missing. Processing takes three times longer than assured. When you ask something, they have to find out first, because they don't know it. In short, quite an unfortunate branch, where I hope I will never get lost again.
