Občas byly nepříjemnosti okolo, jako dlouhá dodací lhůta, nedostali jsme číslo objednávky, takže když jsme se sháněli, kdy budou, nedostali jsme odpověď. Paní, se kterou se vše domlouvalo byla někdy hodně nepříjemná, ale vždy vše vysvětlila.
Zapracujte na jednání se zákazníky a bude to na 5/5. ?
The doors are beautiful and high quality, exactly as we ordered them, the installation went smoothly and was fast. Sometimes there were inconveniences around, like a long delivery time, we didn't get the order number, so when we were looking for when they would be, we didn't get an answer. The lady with whom everything was agreed was sometimes very uncomfortable, but she always explained everything.
Work on negotiations with customers and it will be 5/5. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přijdete do obchodu, potřebovala jsem zakoupit kliku sapeli která se nám doma rozbila (praskla rukojeť) odpověď máme tu jen dveře skladem, kliku Vám musím objednat a doba nejdříve do týdne, objednala jsem si kliku přes e-shop, dodání na adresu do druhého dne, zřejmě jsem narazila na špatného prodejce, před rokem zde byla paní která mi sdělila že mají poslední dvě kliky a nebyl nejmenší problém s tím aby mi je prodala, proto z mých dvou návštěv průměr 3/5
You come to the store, I needed to buy a handle sapeli that broke at home (the handle cracked) the answer is only the door in stock, I have to order the handle for you and the time within a week at the earliest, I ordered the handle via e-shop, delivery to the next day , I probably came across a bad seller, a year ago there was a lady who told me that they have the last two handles and there was not the slightest problem with selling them to me, so from my two visits an average of 3/5
