Například 1hod práce technika Vás vyjde na 750 CZK. (srovnatelna firma u Prahy 650 CZK). Obzvlášť si dejte pozor na použití kamery (obyčejné endoskopické co má každý instalatér), kterou Vám naúčtují jednorázově za 2200 CZK a k tomu ještě 1500 za hodinu použití i když ji používají jen 10min. ! Za mě velice nesolidní jednání na to, že se pan majitel Jiří Vítek chlubí 25lety na trhu! Hezký den všem. Pavel Novak, Nýřany Good day, watch out for the high price !!! (comparable company near Prague 650 CZK). Pay special attention to the use of a camera (an ordinary endoscopic thing that every plumber has), which you will be charged once for 2200 CZK and an additional 1500 per hour of use, even if they use it for only 10 minutes. ! M	Monika Vaňousová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobrý den, Dne 5.8.2020 bylo přijato do opravy čerpadlo protiproudu do bazénu. Opravené nebylo ani po šesti týdnech, měl jsem si zavolat za týden. Po uplynutí této doby mi bylo sděleno, že čerpadlo není stále opravené a bylo mi slíbeno, že se mi telefonicky ozvou. Nastala epidemiologická pandemie, tak jsem se rozhodl čekat. 23.3.2021 jsem opět do prodejny zavolal a zaměstnanec mi řekl, že jde čerpadlo dohledat a za chvíli mi zavolá. Po hodině čekání jsem opět zatelefonoval já, ozval se mi jiný kolega a sdělil mi, že jde čerpadlo hledat a že se mi ozve. Již se neozval a to samé se opakovalo následující den. Nakonec jsem se rozhodl dnes prodejnu osobně navštívit, nejprve jsem se dozvěděl, že tam není místní elektrikář, který to má nastarost. Nenechal jsem se odbýt a řekl jsem, že na elektrikáře počkám. Pak se vyměnili prodavači a dozvěděl jsem se, že mé čerpadlo protiproudu ztratili. Chtěl jsem mluvit s majitelem, ale bylo mi řečeno, že je na jednání (v době koronaviru) a bude až za dva dny a nemá na mne čas. Nikdo nemá snahu o nějakou komunikaci s námi a to nemluvě o nějaké omluvě.... Celou záležitost budu muset řešit za pomoci právníka. A velice mne mrzí, že jsem čerpadlo do opravy svěřil této firmě. Doporučuji se této firmě vyhnout!!! Moje zkušenost s touto firmou je velmi špatná. Good day, On August 5, 2020, a countercurrent pump to the pool was accepted for repair. After an hour of waiting, I called again, another colleague called me and told me that he was going to look for the pump and that he would call me. He didn't call again and the same thing happened the next day. In the end, I decided to visit the store in person today, first I learned that there is no local electrician in charge. I didn't give up and said I would wait for the electrician. Then the salesmen changed and I learned that they had lost my countercurrent pump. I wanted to talk to the owner, but I was told that he was in a meeting (at the time of coronavirus) and would not be until two days later and did not have time for me. No one is trying to communicate with us, let alone an apology .... I will have to solve the whole matter with the help of a lawyer. And I'm very sorry that I entrusted the pump to this company for repair. I recommend avoiding this company !!! My experience with this company is very bad.
D	David Kutta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Před měsícem jsem si objednal košík do skimeru. Po týdnu když jsem si přijel informovali mě, že jim bohužel od dodavatele dorazil jinej než objednali. OK dá se pochopit. Že to ihned budou reklamovat a zajistí ten správný. Po týdnu když se nikdo neozval jsem do prodejny sám zavolal, telefon zvedl nějaký člověk, který se ani nepředstavil a nevěděl ani co je skime a řekl že mi kolega zavolá za 15 minut. Opět nikdo nezavolal!! Volal jsem další den opět já sám a bylo mi opět řečeno že jim od dodavatele přišlo zase špatné zboží a že to do konce týdne napraví a ozvou se. No už je to měsíc a nikdo se neozval. Tak že za mě strašnej servis, strašné služby, nedodržují slovo. NEDOPORUČUJI A month ago, I ordered a basket for a skimmer. After a week when I arrived, they informed me that unfortunately they received a different one from the supplier than they had ordered. OK can be understood. That they will immediately complain and ensure the right one. After a week, when no one answered, I called the store myself, the phone was picked up by a person who did not even introduce himself and did not even know what the skime was and said that a colleague would call me in 15 minutes. Nobody called again !! The next day, I called myself again and I was told again that they had received the wrong goods from the supplier again and that they would fix it by the end of the week and get in touch. Well, it's been a month and no one has answered. So for me, terrible service, terrible service, don't keep their word. I DO NOT RECOMMEND
