★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jsem doma, mám zapnutý telefon,na který nikdo nepsal ani nevolal, na zvonku dole mám napsané své jméno…… chápu, že jednoduché napsat hned v 8 ráno: adresát nebyl doma. Děkuji za ´´kvalitně´’ doručení a nedoporučuji….není to poprvé špatná zkušenost s PPL…
 I'm at home, I have a phone on which no one has written or called, I have my name written on the bell below …… I understand that it is easy to write at 8 in the morning: the addressee was not at home. Thank you for the doručení quality ’delivery and I do not recommend…. This is not a bad PPL experience for the first time…

Napíšou přivezeme mezi 10:00-13:00 na minutu se vzdálíte od telefonu a už jste bez balíčku! A máte ho umístěný 15 kilometrů daleko..
The worst delivery service by far !!!!
They will bring you between 10: 00-13: 00 the minute you walk away from the phone and you're out of the package! And you have it located 15 kilometers away ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Podle mé zkušenosti nejhorší doručovací služba. Nedodržují doručovací doby psané v SMS, čekám celý den a pak napíší, že se pokusili doručit marně, jakoby to byla moje chyba. Pokud možno volím jinou možnost doručení.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. They don't let you know when they are coming and they don't call/text you before to let you know details and just keep coming everyday "hoping" you will be there. Super unprofessional

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst delivery company. I did not receive the package because I do not speak Czech. The delivery man left me without my parsel. The support service operator said that the delivery is my problem, and I must speak Czech. Now I should pick up my parsel, but i paid for delivery. What's about my money PPL?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, I had the same problem/experience as below mentioned Mrs. Jezkova. Ive received a mssge in the morning regarding delivery of my package, where was stated that it ll be delivered to me in particular time. However, a few hours later, I got another one with the statement that my package was delivered to certain Parcel Shop. I was home, waiting but no one bothered to come, I didnt even get any call which could be the reason of not coming but no. How is this even possible? The courier didnt even sign after the mssge, soo cant complain.. but youu should seriously do somthg abt it as its not the first time nd definitely not the last! :-/ Hope the services of this company get better as soon as possible...
