Great dissatisfaction with this carrier. One would say that ordering an ordinary dishwasher with yield and assembly is a complete trumpet today. Big mistake. Dishwasher first ordered from Mall.cz with a surcharge for the selected date. The carrier calls 2 days earlier that they have seized them with us. It is unfortunate when a person is in another city with a doctor. The driver told me that he would cut me off and bring me in 2 days later. Nothing happened. No message, mail, call, just nothing. A week later the mail that the carrier found damage to the dishwasher and could not be delivered. I take it, but they could have let you know sooner. Second time dishwasher from Okay. Everything was fine, communication was better than expected. Although the concerns were, when I found out, the same carrier as before. They brought the dishwasher at the agreed time, but they no longer fulfilled what they had. CZK 999 for premium transport (yield, removal of old appliances, connection and removal of packaging). Although two unpleasant drivers arrived on time, they took the old dishwasher out into the hallway to the mezzanine floor of the apartment building and brought the new one into the kitchen. And it started that they wouldn't take my top cover off to fit under the line. So they involved her and she was standing in the middle of the kitchen. They said about the packaging that if they were taken away, there would be no complaint if anything. And we didn't have the old dishwasher drained, unfortunately it didn't work. I was told to drain through the program in the dishwasher, but how about when it no longer worked. They also said that the dishwasher may be defective because the lid does not go down when they tap it. In the end, they were paid the full price, they suddenly wanted to take the packaging when they found out that the lid was allegedly not in order. Sure. They said goodbye and left me an old dishwasher in the mezzanine and left that they were in a hurry because they had a car full of furniture and it was raining. In the end, my father had to come to help with everything, it worked out right away. Done within 10 minutes. The dispatcher raised his voice into the phone, and Xkrat put it down. In conclusion, I would like to point out that I am pregnant and that is enough to see. But I ended up with a dishwasher in the middle of the apartment building and in the middle of the kitchen, with packaging in the hallway and 999 CZK lighter without service.

I have great experience with this carrier. The driver was always very nice and helpful. The only thing I would rate negatively is that this company cannot pay cash on delivery by card, which is quite a problem when ordering a higher amount due to the withdrawal of a larger amount of cash. Even if a person checks the "Payment by card" option when ordering from the Internet, the driver will request payment in cash from this carrier. In conclusion, I would like to respond to the frequent criticism for yields per floor, specifically for goods from Mall cz ........ I am not surprised that the driver refuses to make a yield to the floor, because when ordering when checking the box "Yield to floor" discovers information so that the recipient can count on the help of the driver who is driving alone (see photo). The problem is obviously not on the side of the carrier, but on the part of people who do not read this information. It is therefore an additional service where the driver has to help you bring the goods for you, not that he has to pull it himself. The mall could change the name of this surcharge to make it clearer.

Terrible experience. Washing machine ordered through mall.cz and paid the yield to the floor and removal of the old appliance. Despite the fact that the washing machine arrived on a different date, I was told that the driver should not pull the washing machine upstairs himself, but someone could help me, which I, as a woman, probably can not do much, so I just paid for this service. Then he didn't take my old appliance away because he didn't want to wear it anymore. Really great transport company….
