Ujistila mne tedy, že další den balíček přijde mezi 10 a 14.00. Čekala jsem doma a nic. Další den přišla zpráva že balík přijde až za 4 dny! To už je opravdu vrchol.. Bylo mi řečeno, že si kurýr nepamatuje, kam ji doručil po taková době, nicméně ja o doručení nebyl informován a stále čekal, nicméně byla už téměř měsíc chybně/vůbec doručena či ztracena. Chování operátorky bylo takové, že pro mě nemůže nic dělat. Český FedEx už NIKDY. Loss of the package and absolute reluctance to solve the matter. V	Veju Vášová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po dvou měsících od doručení mi najednou přijde dopis, že jsem jim neuhradila fakturu (asi clo, to není uvedeno) a že jestli okamžitě neuhradím, tak budu předána agentuře pro vymáhání dluhu. A že prý mě několikrát vyzývali k úhradě. Zajímavý, že toto je poprvé, co o nějaké neuhrazené faktuře slyším. Komunikovali se mnou v listopadu ohledně zásilky a pak už bylo ticho. Jsem rozčílená.
