Celý den čekám, v poledne se ujišťuji s odesílatelem že je vše v pořádku a matrace určitě dorazí. Odpoledne už jsem hodně nejistá, volam na infolinku - údajně nikdo nezvedal telefon a nebylo možné zásilku doručit, teď už je na doručování pozdě..! Jedna hvězdička, za ochotu a vstřícnost zaměstnanců,kteří musejí v takových podmínkách pracovat. I was shocked on arrival. Řidič než aby vylezl z auta a případně zaklepal na dveře, tak se na to prostě vykašle a odjede, pak řekne, že nikdo nezvedá telefon, tak nemá důvod zásilku vyzvednout. Stále je málo konkurence, když fungují takové firmy. Bez jakékoliv snahy a nápravu. Prostě totální arogance...
