★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. I have a package now at their depo, sitting there for 2 days, nobody has called me, no information, nothing. I try to contact PPL by phone and I'm forced to pay for the call! I will avoid PPL in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My parcel was sitting in their depot for three days, no call calls no SMS about the delivery. I contacted them via email - no answer. Contacted them via phone, they promissed delivery the very next day. In the end I had to go and personally pick it up myself. I paid for delivery - had to pay for gasoline in the end. Not recommended. Terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It does not deserve a star even. The service is so mediocre. They do not call or inform the person that the item will reach the home and on top of that when you call the delivery service they state that it is not the duty of the delivery person to inform the customer by call. So the customer just has to assume the delivery person will come. Horrible service. Also the delivery people are absolutely rude.
