★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sedím tady a připadám si jak na běžícím páse....každodenní a rutijni práce asistentek na recepci se odráží na jejich přístupu. Po 2 minutách tady..... Příšerný. Pěkně jeden po druhým.... 5 min před objednaný časem můžete dovnitř. Jinak musíte pockat venku. Prší!!! Běda pokud si nevydezinfikukete ruce! Holky na recepci.... Šlo by to i a lépe.
I'm sitting here and I feel like I'm on a treadmill .... the daily and routine work of the reception assistants is reflected in their approach. After 2 minutes here ..... Terrible. One by one .... 5 minutes before the ordered time you can come inside. Otherwise you have to wait outside. It is raining!!! Alas if you do not disinfect your hands! Girls at the reception .... It would be even better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes jsem byla poprvé v tomto mamocentru. Překvapilo mě, jak arogantní je sestra na recepci a i na mamografu sestře chybí jakákoli empatie k pacientovi. Během 5 min. mi bylo sestrou na recepci oznámeno, že paní doktorka vzkazuje,že výsledek je dobrý ,čistý a že proto nepotřebuji navštívit ordinaci . S takovým přístupem lékaře jsem se jěště nesetkala. U MUDr.Šťastného mi byl vždy proveden ultrazvuk,pan doktor zkontroloval prsa,dal doporučení i varování.Vždy měl pro pacienta čas na zhodnocení snímku.Tady se paní doktorka ani neobtěžovala vystřčit nos mezi dveře. Příště určitě zajdu někam jinam.
Today I was in this mamento for the first time. I was surprised at how arrogant the nurse at the reception is and even at the mammogram the nurse lacks any empathy for the patient. Within 5 min. I was informed by the nurse at the reception that the doctor was saying that the result was good, clean and that I therefore did not need to visit the surgery. I have never encountered such an approach from a doctor. At Dr. MUDr. I was always given an ultrasound, the doctor checked my breasts, gave recommendations and warnings. He always had time for the patient to evaluate the picture. Here the doctor didn't even bother to stick her nose out between the doors. I'll definitely go somewhere else next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednáno na 14:45 a ani v 16:15 nejsem stále ani na řadě. Popřemýšlela bych nad časy objednání a zajistila aby pacientky nečekali takovou dobu, to už je pomalu na to vzít si dovolenou.
Ordered at 14:45 and even at 16:15 it's still not my turn. I would think about booking times and make sure patients don't wait that long, it's slow to take a vacation.
