Always late and I mean always !! Right now sitting in a god damn Eurolines bus and gonna arrive maybe 5 hours later than I supposed to do. And the journey usually takes only 4 hours. Also there is never a correct information about where to take the bus. I'm suprised that I have wifi this time. At least sth but it's definitely the last I'm taking a ride with this company. There's so many other ones...

Traveling from Prague to Budapest. After 20 min internet stopped working. Driver told me that there is a limit for data after I asked what’s wrong. I would be much better traveling with Student Agency with internet connection and tv in front of me.

***PRINT. YOUR. TICKETS.*** No matter what the clowns at this shambles of a company say, you need paper tickets or the driver will deny you boarding to your bus, which will also most likely rock up half an hour late. If you've already booked with these hopeless buffoons, good luck; you are going to need it.

Good transport without problems, but its not all. The driver was totally unpolite and rude. The worst experience on my way to Honduras from Prague. 9500 km and the worst thing was Prague driver.

A good and cheap way to travel to other countries the service is not bad and the prices are accesible. It's cheaper that flix bus. It had different tariffs for students and etc. That's the difference. The routes to other countries are very competitive and the buses are relatively news. If you are traveling you can ride the bus at night and wake-up away in Budapest in the morning by example. Consider that.

The bus driver has stolen our expensive brand new Sony camera with lenses and camera bag. We managed to steel it back from him after not giving it up. The case is right now at the police. We traveled from Prague to Budapest. The journey was pleasant. Except that when we left the bus, the driver hurry us to do so. I was the last one leaving the bus and forgot the camera under the seat in front of us. It was evening and the same bus was going back from Budapest to Prague with the same driver the next morning. We went to the bus station at he next morning, bus arrived, we hopped on first and asked the driver if he has found our Sony camera. He said he parked the bus, he cleaned the bus, but no, he didn’t find any camera, only 2 hats and some magazines, which he show us. He then said it was maybe another passenger who stole it. We doubted it as we were the last ones leaving the bus and the camera was still there. And now we are the first ones. We asked the bus driver to give us the name of the passengers who was on the bus yesterday so we can report the stolen camera to the police. As he pulled our some papers from a hidden compartment above the driver seat, a piece of the black strip of our camera bag has fallen out. He quickly pushed it back to the compartment but we demanded that he shows us what it was. He didn’t want to, but we didn’t leave until he shows it to us. He then quickly showed us and said it is not your camera. We saw it that is indeed was our black Sony camera bag. He didn’t want to give it back. Meanwhile all the new passengers were on the bus and witnessing this situation. I was shouting our from the bus that he stole our camera and call the police. So he got scared and quickly and forcefully took the camera out from his compartment and gave it to my husband. He tried to push us down from the bus. We didn’t let his do it. Meanwhile a personal from Budapest bus station arrived and demanded the bus driver not to leave until it is sorted. The bus driver suddenly did not speak English, he was ignorant, laughed at us and blamed that the bus will be delayed because of us. He kept saying that “but you lost it, you lost the camera!”. It is not true. They must return everything which was left on the bus. It is not theirs, it is still our camera, with our pictures in it. We have reported the case to the police who took it seriously and said it is a real criminal case because of the high value of the camera which he driver stole. We only got our camera back based on pure luck. Take care of your belongings! And if you left it on the bus, be demanding, there is a large chance that the bus driver stole it unfortunately. We and the Budapest personal have both reposted the case to Eurolines and we are waiting to hear form them. Hopefully they won’t let someone like this driving the bus.

It is a cheap way to travel, but I had a very scary ride from Prague to Berlin with an inexperienced bus driver who almost got us t-boned when we entered Berlin because she didn't know her way around the city. We stopped in some random place and I got off immediately and found my own way back to the bus station to meet a friend.

Trip from Prague to Berlin. It's only supposed to take 4 hours, but we made 2 unscheduled stops - at a gas station, and then for a 30 minute break in the middle of nowhere. The bus was very comfortable (that's what the 3 stars are for) but there was no water or other refreshments which were advertised.
