★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Currently on a 5 hour flixbus from Prague to Wroclaw. The bus is delayed so its turning into 6-7hrs.. the driver is refusing to open the toilet door and wont let us out at any stops along the way. If you're reading this, empty your bladder before taking the bus and pray you don't end up like me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I missed my Flixbus connection bus with 1h 25min transfer time because of the first Flixbus delay, they didn't offer me a refund.
So I took other bus line to come home faster.
When I asked for refund, they said you could have waited 12 hours for another bus.. Yeah, at night in cold. It was harsh from them.
So what if I missed my connecting bus because of your fault and the next bus would be after 5 days? Still no refund and I would have to wait for 5 days in foreign country?

Ticket bought online 2 luggages included (small and big) on boarding asked to pay cash for small luggage and refused boarding because I didn't had cash and they didn't wanted a card. One of passangers called company and police because the bus drove off without multiple passengers that was refused boarding, then the bus returned to pick us up...
Never use their services.... Read other comments and you will get shocked even more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ticket to Budapest indicated that we would be boarding at station 3 but the bus miraculously appeared at platform 4 minutes after the bus was supposed to leave. We wasted 20 minutes running around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is never wifi on the Prague-Warsaw bus! The tickets indicate that the Internet should be, but it is not. What should a passenger do for 11 hours on a bus without internet??? It's cold on the bus! Drivers fight with passengers! Several times faced with the fact that they sold more tickets than seats on the bus! Buses are always late! Many times I gave flixbus a chance, but I will never go with this company again and now I tell all my friends how terrible they are !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to go from Berlin to Prague, it was an indirect ticket. First, by train from Berlin at 21:36, but this train was late and the departure was at 22:55, because of the train I did not have time for the bus in Dresden, which left at 00:30. I had to buy a new ticket for a new bus (no one refunded the money spent on the ticket), and this bus was also late, I stood for more than an hour at night at the “bus station” in Dresden and froze. It's not a bus station, it's just a bus stop, there's no room, benches or anything. In total, I spent 1300 kroons on tickets, got to Prague at 5:30 (I was supposed to be there at 2 am). If you value your time, never use this company.
