Dal jsem sem srovnat kolo, které bylo téměř nové (najeto do 500 km). Po 3 týdnech, kdy se mi nikdo neozval, jsem si tedy zavolal a bylo mi řečeno, ať klidně přijedu. Kolo je sice srovnané, ale je neskutečně odřené! Bylo mi sice nabídnuto, že ho pošlou do lakovny, ale to už si radši vyřeším sám. Omluva žádná a komentář byl takový že "mi na to nemají co říct".
Byla to moje první a nejspíš i poslední návštěva.
Nice staff. But that's about it.
I compared a bike that was almost new (driven up to 500 km). So after 3 weeks, when no one called me, I called and I was told to come calmly. The bike is level, but it's incredibly worn! I was offered to be sent to a paint shop, but I'd rather work it out myself. No apology and the comment was such that "they have nothing to say".
It was my first and probably my last visit.

Byl jsem na přezutí s vyvážením kol, závaží bylo nalepeno z přední strany kol, na neočištěný prostor a ještě ke všemu s několika milimetrovým přesahem a to na všech kolech. Další den jsem jel podat reklamaci, kdy na mě vyběhl montér, který mé auto přezouval a do očí mi tvrdil, že kola rozhodně čistil a práci odvedl správně. To že někdo odflákne svou práci je jedna věc, ale aby mi do očí před mým očividně odfláknutě přezutým autem lhal přímo do očí, to už je trochu moc. Reklamaci sice uznali a pochybení napravili, ale že by se třeba aspoň omluvili, to ne. Moje první a určitě poslední zkušenost s tímto servisem.
My experience is really bad. I was on the wheelchair with the wheels balanced, the weight was glued from the front of the wheels, to the uncleaned space and to everything else with a few millimeter overlap on all wheels. The next day I went to file a complaint, when a fitter ran up to me and moved my car and told me that he definitely cleaned the wheels and did the job correctly. The fact that somebody flutters their work is one thing, but to lie in my eyes in front of my obviously hacked-up car lies directly in my eyes, that's a bit too much. Although they acknowledged the claim and rectified the mistake, but that they would at least apologize, not. My first and certainly the last experience with this service.
