M	Michal Kostka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nedoporučuji, snažil jsem se dovolat, nikdo to nebral, až na třetím čísle a to byla kolegyně na dovolené. V pořádku, může se stát. Dorazil jsem osobně, za deset minut. V kadeřnictví jedna zákaznice a dvě kolegyně, které se spolu bavili. Zeptal jsem se, zda se můžu nechat ostříhat, můj pánský střih zabere (7 minut). Až v půl čtvrté, řekl jsem, fakt to nejde dřív? Ironická odpověď, "fakt ne" s náznakem arogance. Stačilo by říct, mám objednané zákazníky, jdu na jídlo atd. Žádný náznak ochoty nebo zdvořilosti. Zvedl jsem telefon, zavolal do kadeřnictví o 300 metrů dále, ihned mi to zvedli, vzali mě i přesto, že v kadeřnictví bylo více zákazníků. Díky za to, že existuje konkurence, která si umí zákazníka vážit a není ji přednější pokec s kolegyní.
