He missed an essential condition in the rules of a cooperative. And even though he helped to close the deal and fix his mistake, it caused additional costs and made the whole deal 3 months longer.

Cesky: Pracoval jsem s panem Matějem Brožem z této společnosti. Při koupi podílu (bytu) v bytovém družstvu měl zajistit, aby byly řádně vyřízeny veškeré papíry. Nevšiml si podstatnou podmínku ve stanovach družstva. A i když pomohl uzavřít obchod a opravit svou chybu, způsobilo to dodatečné náklady a celý obchod se prodloužil o 3 měsíce.
