★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sháněli jsme malou lampičku na stůl. Byli jsme pozitivně překvapeni cenou i výběrem a nakonec jsme odcházeli se třemi lampičkami. Spokojenost prostě... :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Určitě doporučuji navštívit, široký výběr osvětlení, vysoká znalost toho co prodávají a s panem majitelem je fajn pokec a umí dobře poradit s výběrem.
I definitely recommend visiting, a wide selection of lighting, a high level of knowledge of what they sell, and the owner of the house is a good chat and he can cope well with the selection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Při telefonické konzultaci mně pán sdělil, že výrobek na prodejně máji a při osobní návštěvě mi paní řekla, že nic takového nemají. Kde je teda problém??
Odpověď - nic ve zlém
Za prvé osobně Vás neznám a nevím s kým jsem telefonicky mluvil.
Za druhé paní jsem vysvětlil přesně co hledám "lampu co má vlastní zdroj energie" - tedy akumulátor.
Za třetí měl jste klientku a já nebudu neslušně vstupovat do rozhovoru dvou lidí.
Za čtvrté máte mít v prodejně proškolené prodavače a paní nevypadala, že by měla snahu něco nabízet. Spíš byla rada, že už odcházíme.

The answer - nothing wrong
First of all, I don't know you personally and I don't know who I spoke to by phone.
Secondly, I explained exactly what I am looking for "a lamp that has its own power source" - a battery.
Thirdly, you had a client and I will not rude to a two-person conversation.
Fourth, you have trained salespeople in the store, and the lady didn't seem to be trying to offer anything. She was rather glad we were leaving.
