★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes nám po dlouhém čekání (problémy z naší strany) přišli montovat kuchyň. Přišli 3 pánové, začali ráno a odjížděli odpoledne. Po přečtení recenzích jsem se obávala aby nebyl někde problém. Ale pánové jsou profíci. Montáž proběhla bez problémů, bez nějakých dalších požadavků i otázek. Vše sedí, odpovídá plánku a vypadá krásně. Děkujeme ?
 Today, after a long wait (problems on our part), they came to assemble our kitchen. Three gentlemen came, started in the morning and left in the afternoon. After reading the reviews, I was afraid there would be a problem somewhere. But gentlemen are pros. The assembly went smoothly, without any other requirements or questions. Everything fits, fits the plan and looks beautiful. Thank you ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 hvězd pro sklad, resp. odpoledni směnu. -10 pro prodejnu. Řešil jsem výměnu lišt do skříně, neboť se asi výrobce spletl. Na prodejně si vás přehazují jako horký brambor a ve finále se cítíte jako blbec, který nedokáže sestavit skříň, nezajímá je ani názor truhláře. Borci na skladě.... Super práce, problém vyřešili během 5 min. Vadné listy vyměnili za ty co tam patri, uznali chybu výrobcerobce a omluvili se.
5 stars for warehouse, resp. afternoon shift. -10 for the store. I was dealing with the replacement of the rails in the cabinet, because the manufacturer was probably wrong. At the store, they throw you like a hot potato, and in the final, you feel like a jerk who can't assemble a wardrobe, they aren't even interested in the carpenter's opinion. Fighters in stock .... Super work, solved the problem within 5 min. They exchanged defective sheets for those who belong there, acknowledged the manufacturer's mistake and apologized.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V oddělení kuchyni totální hrůza. Člověk potřebuje koupit jednu maličkost a čeká 3 hodiny než si někdo jiný doplanuje kuchyni.
Zboží koupeno v 18 hodin a zaplaceno.
Poté mi je řečeno že sklad je zavřený a že tam musím jet zítra. A pro jistotu, aby to nebylo moc jednoduché, tak nemohu přímo do skladu, ale musím zítra znovu na prodejnu pro výdejní list a až poté do skladu!!
Je tohle normální?

Total horror in the kitchen department. One needs to buy one little thing and waits 3 hours before someone else plans the kitchen.
Goods bought at 6 pm and paid for.
Then I am told that the warehouse is closed and that I have to go there tomorrow. And to be sure, it wouldn't be too easy, so I can't go straight to the warehouse, but I have to go to the store again tomorrow for a delivery note and only then to the warehouse !!
Is this normal?
One star for a nice young lady at the kitchen, who finally took me on

If you are lucky, you can find interesting things in sale for crazy prices. If you need something to your home, then this place is must visit.
