Asi po půl minutě za mnou přišel prodavač a začali jsme řešit pračku, kterou jsem si vybrala. Když jsem mu řekla, že budu potřebovat i odvoz a zapojení, divil se, proč mi pračku nemůže odvézt a zapojit přítel. Na to jsem mu odpověděla, že nikoho nemám. A on se opět divil. Poté mi neustále dokola nabízel, že mi za kafe tu pračku přiveze a zapojí. Nikdy mi tohle ještě nikdo nenabídl, takže jsem byla překvapená a tato situace mi byla velmi nepříjemná. A samozřejmě, že jsem odmítla, ale prodavač se nenechal jen tak odbýt a byl až vlezlý. Kdyby namarkování zboží nepřevzal jeho kolega, kterého jsem požádala i o službu zapojení, nejspíš by mi pračku přivezl a zapojil právě ten prodavač. Zapojení pračky byl taktéž zážitek. Prý mi chybí nějaké kolínko pro zapojení hadice do odpadu. Takže já (mladá holka bez zkušeností se zapojování pračky) jsem se musela vydat do města a sehnat kolínko, abych si hadici do odpadu zapojila sama. Takže jsem zaplatila cca 300 kč jen, aby mi dopravci zapojili polovinu pračky. Ale na druhou stranu musím uznat, že doprava proběhla v pořádku a dopravci mi volali, že budou mít menší zpoždění kvůli dopravě. Then he offered me over and over again to bring me the washing machine and plug me in for the coffee. Nobody has ever offered this to me, so I was surprised and this situation was very unpleasant. And of course I refused, but the salesman didn't just let himself go and was pushy. If his colleague, who I asked for the service, would not take over the goods, he would probably bring the washing machine to the shop assistant. The washing machine connection was also an experience. Apparently, I miss some knuckle for connecting the hose to the drain. So I (a young girl with no washing machine involvement) had to go to town and get a knee to get the hose into the waste herself. So I paid about 300 CZK just to get the carriers involved half of the washing machine. But on the other hand, I have to admit that the transport was fine and the carriers called me that they would have less traffic delay.

Objednala jsem si zde jídelní židle, kde byla uvedena doba dodání 1-3 tydny, teď jsme v 7 týdnu a moje zaplacené židle stále nikde a zákaznický servis ani netuší kdy dojde k expedici zboží, dnes jsem tedy zažádala o storno objednávky a vrácení peněz a paní mi řekla, že peníze přijdou až za 14 dní. Zatím nedošel ani žádný email o stornu, tato společnost je jedna velká katastrofa a už si tady neobjednam ani žárovku! Pokud nemáte polského dodavatele pod palcem a je s ním taková "spolupráce" tak to raději utněte, celé je to akorát k naštvaní. I do not evaluate the store, but their incompetent e-shop. I ordered a dining chair here, where the delivery time was 1-3 weeks, now we are at 7 weeks and my paid chairs are still nowhere and customer service has no idea when the goods will be shipped, so today I asked to cancel the order and refund and the lady told me that the money would come in 14 days. So far, no email has been received about the cancellation, this company is one big disaster and I won't even order a light bulb here! If you don't have a Polish supplier under your thumb and there is such a "cooperation" with him, you better cut it off, it's all upset.

Loan system is a joke. Buy for 20k paying of over 4 years makes you pay 40k. Should you pay of over only 2 years that will be 50k. Left without buying anything because of redicilous demands from the shops side to get this crazy loans.
