★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ExaSoft je e-shop, nestaví svůj podnikatelský model na klasickém retailovém prodeji. Tudíž je karvinský showroom utopený na tomto místě, v průmyslovém areálu firemního skladu a sídla. Přestože je prodejna/ showroom velkoryse prostorná, využití najde pravděpodobně jako místo k vyzvednutí e-shopové objednávky, nebo k řešení reklamace. Webové stránky se ale sledovat vyplatí, protože cenou e-shop konkurovat opravdu umí.
 ExaSoft is an e-shop, it does not build its business model on classic retail sales. Therefore, the Karviná showroom is drowned in this place, in the industrial area of the company's warehouse and headquarters. Although the store / showroom is generously spacious, it is likely to be used as a place to pick up an e-shop order or to resolve a complaint. But watching a website is worthwhile, because the price of an e-shop can really compete with it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Problémy při reklamaci, zamítnutí reklamace. 20 nabíjecích cyklů, rok. Hodinky se vybíjí za den - standardní výdrž je 20 dnů. Z tohoto hlediska jsem zde nakupoval naposled. Radši se budu držet jedničky a dvojky v prodeji elektro, kde je reklamace vždy bez problémů.
Dodatek. Jak vy víte kdo jak postupuje? Nikdy jsem s Alzou neměl problém. Okamžitě chybu uznali a vrátili peníze. Těžko je zboží z CZ distribuce, když tady výrobce pomalu nemá ani oficiální zastoupení.

I would rather stick number one and number two in the sale of electro, where the complaint is always without problems.
Appendix. How do you know who is proceeding? I never had a problem with Alza. They immediately recognized the mistake and returned the money. It is hardly the goods from CZ distribution, when the manufacturer slowly does not even have an official representation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednal jsem zboží které bylo podle obchodu skladem. Po několika dnech jsem pochopil, že nebylo, takže jsem napsal dotaz ohledně dostupnosti zboží. P.Tomičková mi stroze odpověděla, že se zboží teprve bude naskladňovat. Žádná omluva, vysvětlení, jen že si můžu přijet pro část objednávky... Díky, už nikdy více...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prodejní centrála, showroom a servisní místo. Toto vše můžete najít v budově bývalé firmy. V obchodě máte široký výběr z vystaveného sortimentu. Máte zde možnost si zde vyzvednout položky z eshopu. Mají velmi rychlou a ochotnou obsluhu, tudíž bude vaše reklamace nebo nákup velmi rychle vyřízen.
