★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel velké zklamání a neprofesionalita. Chtěl jsem zdigitalizovat několik diapozitivů, což neměl být nijak složitý úkol, za který jsem navíc předem zaplatil. Původně to mělo trvat zhruba týden, ale když jsem ani po 7 měsících urgování ( telefon, e-mail i osobní návštěva) zdigitalizovanou verzi neobdržel, tak to nemohu nazvat jinak, než totální selhání a neschopnost zdejší obsluhy.
Unfortunately, great disappointment and unprofessionalism. I wanted to digitize several slides, which was not to be a complicated task, for which I also paid in advance. Originally, it was supposed to take about a week, but even after 7 months of urging (phone, e-mail and personal visit) I did not receive a digitized version, I can not call it anything other than a total failure and inability of the local staff.
