F	Filip Loučka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opravdu nejhorší kadeřnictví v Brně. 2x jsem se objednával přes internet, 2x bylo kadeřnictví zavřeno, telefony zde nikdo nebere. Řekl jsem si, že to zkusím po třetí. Supr, paráda, přišel jsem a paní mě vzala :-) Už při mytí hlavy to z ní táhlo jak ze sudu, a jak mě stříhala tak ještě více - málem jsem tam hodil kosu na zrcadlo. Výsledek stříhání byl takový, že jsem vypadal jak nedobře přejetá kočka na cestě. Když jsem přišel domů, vzal jsem si celou hlavu strojkem na ježka. Pokud chcete na maškarní, doporučuji, jinak ne :-) Really the worst hairdresser in Brno. 2x I was ordering via internet, 2x the hairdresser was closed, no one is answering. Cool, great, I came and the lady took me :-) Already when washing her head it pulled from her as a barrel, and as she cut me even more - I almost threw a scythe there on the mirror. The result of cutting was such that I looked like a badly crossed cat on the road. When I came home I took my whole head with a hedgehog. If you want to fancy dress, I recommend, otherwise not :-)
M	Martina Valová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Návštěvu tohoto salonu opravdu nedoporučuji. Byla jsem objednaná na klasické stříhání, jen zkrácení konečků dlouhých vlasů. Paní Petra mě stříhala ani ne půl hodiny i s umytím, kúrou a foukáním. Samotné stříhání konečků trvalo tak 5 minut s tím, že jsem je chtěla do roviny, no každá máme asi jinou představu a vlasech ostříhaných do stejné délky. Vlasy mi nakonec ani pořádně nevyfoukala, odcházela jsem s vlhkou hlavou. Takto si stříhání za 590 Kč opravdu nepředstavuji. Navíc mě několikrát přemlouvala, že by mi nejradši dala přeliv i přes to, že jsem jí jasně řekla, že mám svoji barvu vlasů ráda. Tu jednu hvězdičku a jedno jediné pozitivum shledávám pouze v tom, že se můžete objednat online na jejich webových stránkách a nemusíte tak nikam volat, vyberete si termín, jaký se Vám hodí. Pokud tedy hledáte stříhání v Brně, obraťte se na jiný salon. I really do not recommend visiting this salon. I was ordered for classic cutting, just shortening the lengths of long hair. I only find the one star and the only positive thing that you can order online on their website, so you don't have to call anywhere, choose a date that suits you. So if you are looking for cutting in Brno, please contact another salon.
t	terry cooper on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do kadeřnictví jsem se objednala přes internet a na místo dorazila z práce s malou rezervou. Kadeřnictví zavřené a před ním čekala slečna, která byla objednaná půl hodinu přede mnou. Ta to vzdala a odešla. Když jsem to chtěla vzdát i já tak kadeřnice konečně přišla. Myslela si ale, že jsem někdo jiný a tvrdila mi že jsem objednaná ke kolegyni, která nedojde, protože "něco řeší", že mě ale vezme. Podle jména v potvrzovacím emailu jsem však byla objednaná k ní, ale může se stát... Nicméně to mě mělo varovat. Při mytí a foukání vlasů byla kadeřnice VELMI HRUBÁ přemýšlela jsem že uteču. Špičatým koncem mi najela přímo do velkého znamínka chvíli po tom, co jsem ji upozornila, kde ho mám. Barevný odstín vybrala sama podle vymytých vlasů, aniž by se zeptala co vlastně chci, přestože jsme si povídaly o tom, že kromě toho, že mám vlasy odrostlé, je barva i značně vymytá. A nevím jestli zapomněla na to, že jsem nakonec vybrala trochu jinou barvu než vymyté délky, ale nanesla mi ji pouze k hlavě. Po dotazu na postup mě uklidnila, že se to dotónuje později. Možná se to nepovedlo, jak myslela, ale zkrátka mám u hlavy trochu jiný odstín než v délkách. Abych vypíchla i pozitivum: Vlasy byly vyfoukány do moc hezkého přirozeného tvary, ne vytaženy a uhlazeny jak to obvykle dělají jiné kadeřnice. The hairdresser was VERY GROUT when I was washing and blowing my hair, thinking I would run away. With a pointed end she drove me right into the big mark just after I warned her where I got it. She chose the hue herself by the washed hair without asking what I wanted, even though we talked about the fact that in addition to my hair being grown up, the color was very much washed out. And I don't know if she forgot that I eventually chose a slightly different color than the lengths washed out, but only put it to my head. After asking for the procedure, she reassured me that it was tinting later. Maybe it didn't work as she thought, but in short I have a slightly different shade at my head than in lengths. To make a positive point: The hair was blown into a very nice natural shape, not pulled out and smoothed out as other hairdressers usually do.
B	Barbora Bobková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel se musím podělit s dnešní velice negativní zkušeností se Salonem Exclusive, a nejsem za to ráda. Po příchodu jsem nicméně zjistila, že kadeřnictví je zhasnuto, zamčeno, telefon nikdo nebral. Po nakouknutí oknem jsem zjistila, že vevnitř sedí jakýsi pán, který mi až po dvojím klepání na dveře konečně otevřel. Ptám se, jestli rezervace platí nebo co. Podle něj neplatí a mám se objednat jindy, jako důvod uvedl, že "zrovna dostala injekci, kterou jí podal lékař, co zrovna odešel". Paní kadeřnice vyvalená na gauči, patrně spala? U této samé kadeřnice jsem už jednou byla před dvěma lety, když moje obvyklá kadeřnice zrovna neměla volno, a přestože její zacházení s vlasy bylo poněkud hrubé, kdy mě pořád tahala za vlasy a škrábala mě do kůže nehty i hřebenem, konečný výsledek byl uspokojující. Bohužel po dnešku jsem velice zklamaná, a po přečtení recenzí jiných zákazníků vidím, že nejsem jediná. Paní, pokud se nemůžete z jakéhokoli důvodu dostavit včas na značky, prosím dopředu oslovte objednané zákazníky, že nemají vůbec chodit, tento přístup mrtvého brouka nebuduje dobrou obchodní značku. According to him, he does not pay and should be ordered at other times, as a reason he said that "she just got an injection that the doctor gave her just left". Lady hairdresser rolled out on the couch, probably sleeping? I had been to this same hair stylist two years ago, when my usual hairdresser wasn't free, and although her hair treatment was somewhat rude when she was still pulling my hair and scratching my skin with my nails and comb, the end result was satisfying. Unfortunately, after today I am very disappointed, and after reading reviews of other customers I see that I am not the only one. Madam, if for any reason you cannot come to the brand in time, please contact the ordered customers in advance that they do not walk at all, this dead beetle approach does not build a good brand.
K	Klara Majdova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ K paní Petře už chodím 4. rokem a vždy jsem odcházela naprosto spokojená jak s přístupem, tak s konečným výsledkem. Vlasy krásně upravené a ošetřené. Proto mě mrzí, že už ho můžu dál jen NEDOPORUČIT!!! Poslední návštěva byla naprostá katastrofa. Zpočátku jsem si ničeho ani nevšimla, nebo spíše mě v životě nenapadlo, že by byla paní Petra opilá. Co opilá, nalitá jak žok. Při melírování patlala barvu všude, jen né kam měla, přikrýt to alobalem byl nadlidskej výkon, neustále se o mě opírala a vše jí padalo. S hrůzou toho, jakou barvu namíchala a co mně to udělá s vlasy, jsem ji řekla, že to chci sundat a umýt hlavu. Začala se se mnou hádat, že je moc brzo na umytí a že ještě chvíli. Poté USLA na sedačce a byla celá dotčená, když jsme si ji dovolila vzbudit. Po 10 min dohadování se odhodlala vstát a vlasy mi umýt. Otázce jestli chci vlasy i ostříhat jsem se jen smála...Při pokusu vyfénovat vlasy mně snad spálila veškerou kůži na hlavě a na krku. Samozřejmě hřeben nevzala ani do ruky.. Odcházela jsem s žlutými, mokrými, zacuckanými vlasy!! Třešničkou na dortu byl jakýsi pán, který vypadal, že si taky rád přihne a měl nevhodné osobní otázky. O přemrštěné sumě, která ani neopodvídala ceníku ani nemluvim..Nezbývá mně nic jiného, než najít rychle nějakou kouzelnici, která mně dá vlasy do pořádku. She began to argue with me that it was too early to wash and that for a while. Then USLA was in the seat and was all affected when we dared to wake her up. After 10 minutes of arguing, she decided to get up and wash my hair. The question of whether I want my hair or hair cut, I just laughed ... When I tried to blow out my hair, perhaps it burned all the skin on my head and neck. Of course she didn't even take the comb .. I was leaving with yellow, wet, curled hair !! The icing on the cake was a gentleman who seemed to be he also likes to pass and had inappropriate personal questions. About an exorbitant sum that neither predicted the price list nor talked about. There was nothing left for me to do but find a wizard to fix my hair.

Bohužel moje poslední návštěva mě přesvědčila o tom, že už si od paní kadeřnice Petry upravovat vlasy nenechám. Při mytí mi paní Petra dávala na vlasy kůru, vždy na 15 minut odešla, nechala mě v prázdném kadeřnictví, pak přišla, řekla, že se kůra ještě nevstřebala, znovu odešla, to se opakovalo tak 3x. Poté, co jsem se posadila na židli se paní Petra motala po celém kadeřnictví, zakopla o větrák a shodila ho. Mělo mě to přesvědčit k odchodu, ale ostříhat jsem se nechala. Hrníček s kávou, který jsem dostala, byl už jednou použitý a neumytý. Na jeho obvodu byla rozlitá káva a několik otisků cizí rtěnky. Kávy jsem se nedotkla. Při sušení mi paní Petra několikrát zamotala hřeben do vlasů - to už jsem jí řekla, ať toho nechá. Jelikož mi nestálo za to, se hádat, zaplatila jsem a odešla. Doma jsem po vysušení a učesání zjistila, že je celý účes křivý (nic jiného jsem po průběhu asi ani čekat nemohla). Snad bude tato recenze užitečná pro ostatní - kadeřnictví nedoporučuju. The coffee mug I was given was already used and unwashed. There were spilled coffee and a few fingerprints of foreign lipstick on its perimeter. I didn't touch the coffee. While drying, Mrs. Petra twisted my comb several times in my hair - I told her to stop it. Since I was not worth arguing, I paid and left. At home, after drying and combing, I found out that the whole hairstyle is crooked (I couldn't wait for anything else during the course). Perhaps this review will be helpful to others - I do not recommend hairdressing.
