★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já jsem s pojišťovnou spokojený. Pokud nešetřím a tak si nepořídím jen zálákladní pojištění, nemám potíže s plněním.
Pokud však nemám něco pojištěno, těžko očekávat, že mi jakákoliv pojišťovna bude plnit. Nevýhoda pobočky je velmi omezená možnost parkování. Pobočka je v centru města. Skvělé dostupná MHD. Pro auta však nedostupná.
I am satisfied with the insurance company. If I don't save and so I don't just buy basic insurance, I don't have any problems with benefits.
However, if I do not have something insured, it is difficult to expect that any insurance company will pay me. The disadvantage of the branch is the very limited possibility of parking. The branch is in the city center. Great public transport available. However, not available for cars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chybí vyvolávací systém. Malá pobočka a pomalé odbavení. Kdyz jsem se chtěl obkednat na přesnou hodinu, tak mi telefonicky sdělili, že nemusím. Čekal jsem asi 35 minut.
Missing call system. Small branch and slow check-in. When I wanted to order for an exact hour, they told me that I didn't have to. I waited about 35 minutes.
