Tunisia Rosa Rivage 23.9.-30.9.2018. Unfortunately, I was dissatisfied. I'm not a rapist, nor a harsh man. As for the accommodation-bungalow did not have a refrigerator and the air conditioning did not work, which was similar in other bungalows. But after agreement with the delegate, they exchanged our accommodation and everything was fine. We liked the resort, the food was delicious. But everywhere full of Russian visitors, who behaved like beasts with forgiveness. Noisy, cheeky and I don't know why they had privileges, such as that they got sparkling water and we didn't. We had the bracelets the same. I would survive that. The locals are very nice. What had taken the wind out of the sails was the beach. In the photos (yours) beauty, pure. The reality is different. The first day of the disaster, tons of brothels, plastics, shoes, glass, whole trees, branches. The same day still the same. Then it's like cleaning a reptile. Skinny horse with a cart. They loaded less than a third. They never came back. The rest was made by piles, which they piled between the deck chairs. The brothel swam again on the third day. Now a little worse. In addition to the above-mentioned brothel, the remains of a cactus growing around the beach have been added to the beach. The sea also threw out the refrigerator. Twice this week. Again, one ride, the rest between the deck chairs. We weren't even on the beach. It was so narrow that the sea crept up to half of your deck chair. Sea also a disaster. What was on the beach was in the sea. I've just never seen this in my life. It cost us 25,000. For two. Great for a man's experience, he was by the sea for the first time. Nevermore. Overall, a holiday in Cape Verde was great, except for everything that was through Exim. The lady at the store was enough for me, who had a very easy time with us, because we had a chosen hotel, date, everything, but she was not able to offer us any accessories, such as parking at the airport. Then we had to buy it, but so be it. We wanted to go through the travel agency for one reason only and that we do not have a lot of language skills, so because of the delegate. So I would like to have their job. Unpleasant, arrogant, specifically Radek, we didn't even catch them during the whole holiday, we didn't call them. We only needed a delegate once, when they canceled our optional trip. Mrs. Radka and I were supposed to meet the next day at the reception, where she did not reach at all, no one could call her, no one could get her !!! When we finally got the delegates, she didn't talk to us at all, she didn't offer an alternative for canceled the trip, she didn't talk, she just threw money at us and walked away. Her actions confirmed to me that I would not fly anywhere with CK Exim Tours. You don't spend almost 70,000 to be treated like this. GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT !!! Never with Exim again.

I can't evaluate this particular travel agency directly because we bought the trip online. It was a last minute purchased three days before departure. All the formalities went without a single problem. Most of all, however, I would like to commend the delegate of the travel agency on the island of Sal on Cape Verde - Petra Pavlíčková. Very pleasant, energetic and helpful. Nothing is a problem for her. Everything is arranged, found and communicated. For us a big one with an asterisk. :-) Thank you.

The fact that the lady at the branch in Karlovy Vary pretended to literally bother her to survive, I will not let myself because of a bad sleep spoil the holiday, but to confirm that we will have air conditioning and a balcony at the hotel and then come and find out that we have some little neck, no balcony and especially air conditioning with a small child is a bit of a problem. At the reception, of course, it was fine according to the paper, so it was clear to me where the mistake was. I can also read the labels of what they write for each trip, as the lady from Exim did, but to find out when she assured us that every room does not have air conditioning, it doesn't ... Delegate, of course, none. So what now. Call or write to Exim Tours, where they said that I signed such a contract here and dot if I want another room to pay for it. The lady in the Exim Tours office can't do anything, can she? Well behavior on the fist either at the branch or by phone or e-mail. And as I read other reviews, I'm not alone in who they seemed to be bothering them or as far as the delegate is concerned, and so on the whole, especially when it comes to solving problems So with them for the last time.
