M	Martin Čáp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po 17ti letech jsem u vodafone skončil. V létě 2018 mi sami od sebe udělali dodatek smlouvy, změnili podmínky volání do ciziny a já doplácel přes tisíc korun. Na prodejně jsem to bláhově zkusil reklamovat. Tady mi suše oznámili že je to přesně podle mého tarifu. A že jsem si asi nevšiml změny kterou mi napsali v posledním výpisu. Vy někdo fakt studujete výpis? Tenhle měl 7 stran. Chodí jen v PDFku. Vždy jen předám účetnímu. Začal jsem si tedy dopisovat se zákaznickou linkou. Když jsem si šel pro vysvětlení do Vodafone prodejny tak mi slečna odsekla že když si to řeším se zakaznickym centrem že ona k tomu nemůže vůbec nic říci. Zkrátím to. 1.000kč mi nevrátili a já po 17ti letech odešel ke konkurenci, kde mi nabídli původní podmínky vodafone a ještě něco navíc.Tady mi napočítali pokutu za 20 měsíců, přes 1500kč To je vděk. Nevěřte co vám slíbí po telefonu. Jen lži. Ve smlouvě samý podvod. Už nejsou co bývali... Již jsem vás kontaktoval a več s vámi řeším od podepsání nové smlouvy což je přibližně půl roku. Jen samé sliby. Žádal jsem i o výměnu slečny co mně má na starosti a s kterou jsem uzavřel smlouvu. Ta si z toho dělá totiž vyloženě srandu a v domluvené termíny vůbec nezavolá. I přes domluvu s její nadřízenou nebyla vyměněna a neřeší se vůbec nic. Věc budu muset předat právníkům, což mně bude stát další peníze. Nic nemůžou nabídnout stálým zákazníkům!Dokážou jen zvyšovat tarify a posílat tučné vyúčtování! Za neodložné příležitosti řešení krádeže v zahraničí dostal jsem pěkné účty za volání na policie do banky a hlavně na operátora Vodafone! Řešit vše přes aplikace která nefunguje. Poslouchat roboty za 50 Kč na minutu. Nic nefunguje! To je katastrofa! Šmelarna where they will only make money on you .... after more than 10 years at Vodafone I am finally leaving.
