The holiday was generally nice, I do not solve the details and spit here, therefore, I will just mention the shortcomings that can help others in the next decision on their vacation. What interested me in Exim Tours is that I don't know what they actually charge for. We flew to Crete to Kathrin Beach Hotel. The delegate arrived the next day (we were at the airport but we finally found a transfer to the hotel - yes, maybe the transfer by bus is the only thing the travel agency has arranged for us) and just to offer us more trips. On the day of departure, the delegate was also absent (no wonder). I can hardly understand why there was actually a trip out there - a delegate should be present mainly on arrival, accommodation, consultation of key points immediately upon arrival (beach, services, optimal shopping, where to go - why, where not to go - why, conflict resolution, departure and solution) anything unpredictable). The first night we were forced to sleep in another hotel away from the beach - I understand that it is in terms of travel but I suppose it can happen exceptionally and not, for example, who had stayed more than half a year in advance. Even this delegate was not present at all - it actually offends me - I paid a lot of money for a vacation with a delegate who arranges everything for me and not for solving the nonsense that I deal with every day at work and which purely just irritate me. They have it very well equipped - they will put you in front of the finished thing after you arrive so you can not back off - of course I wanted to attack the owner of the pension and want her to get an immediate ticket back with a refund. I didn't do it at last - and they rely on it. I do not know if there is a mistake on the side of the hotel or travel agency, but in fact I do not care. I am wondering if the JE is wrong. By the way, who did not know English, did not speak (and that some of the older people with us did not know) ... To get tickets for the bus that goes from Heraklion every moment to Rethymno you can also and therefore I recommend anyone who does not have only pure sawdust in his head everything, everyone, and always: secure everything yourself - you'll be cheaper, with better service and more satisfaction. Never again, Exim Tours - it's just pure fear trade (which you don't have to have) and total ignorance (if you give your holiday an hour more the result will be exactly the same except that Exima doesn't have to pay anything and save a lot of money). Don't pay thousands more for nothing unsound and above all a false sense of security. Since 2020, I plan to ride again completely independently and thanks to it rather for two holidays at the sea annually - simply because I will have for the price of two;) I recommend it to all other Czechs - go for it! :-)

For the money that the client pays, the information is imperfect and the travel agency does not take into account at all that there are also clients who do not have or cannot use the Internet. For such people, vacation is a big problem.
