Nice friendly staff who tried to meet and help me in everything. Next time I'm definitely going with them again and I'm not going to deal with anyone else ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cestovní kancelář nedoporučuji, zakoupil jsem dovolenou s předstihem v loňském roce, kde bylo parkování i na letišti. Parkování jsem neobdržel protože to tam nějaká .............blbě zadala do systému a mají plno tak si to mám koupit jinde (přesto že to již oni mají zaplacené) a mám si dát reklamaci. S takovým přístupem jsem se ještě nesetkal takže s EXIM tours poprvé a naposledy!!
I do not recommend the travel agency, I bought a holiday in advance last year, where there was parking at the airport. I did not receive the parking because there was some ............. stupidly entered into the system and they are full, so I have to buy it elsewhere (even though they have already paid for it) and I have to make a complaint. I have never encountered such an approach, so with EXIM tours for the first and last time !!
