★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nedoporucuji!!!! Meli jsme dovolenou zamluvenou mesice dopredu a par dni pred odletem zacaly prichazet emaily se zmenami o letu tam i zpet. Ani nenapsali kdy let bude dokud jsme nezacali volat a psat tak nam pak rekli ze poletime v noci! chteli nam pobyt zkratit o nekolik dni a kdyz jsme se ptali proc a jake mame jine moznosti nechteli nam nic rict! Komunikace byla hrozna zajezd jsme museli zrusit.
 Nedoporucuji !!!! We had a vacation booked a month in advance, and a few days before the flight, there were emails with flight changes back and forth. They didn't even write when the flight would be until we started to call and write it then we said we would fly at night! they wanted us to stay short for a few days and when we asked why and what else we do not want us to say nothing! The communication was a grape we had to cancel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CK Exim Tours nám prodala přes CA Invia last minute zájezd do hotelu Corte Rosada na Sardinii, který byl již plně obsazený. Po příletu nám delegátka CK Exim Tours oznámila, že budeme ubytování v hotelu Soleado, který vykazuje mnohem nižší standard ve vybavení pokojů, nabízených službách a úrovni stravování. V tomto hotelu jsme strávili 3 noci a pak jsme se mohli na vlastní náklady přestěhovat do hotelu Corte Rosada jakmile se uvolnil pokoj. Měli jsme zkaženou celou dovolenou, protože čas, který jsme měli strávit odpočinkem a poznáváním nové země jsme trávili hledáním alternativního řešení.
Po návratu jsme zaslali reklamaci jak do Invie tak do Exim Tours a čekáme na její vyřešení.
Cim Exim Tours sold us via CA Invia last minute trip to Hotel Corte Rosada in Sardinia, which was already fully booked. Upon arrival, a delegate from CK Exim Tours told us that we would be staying at the Soleado Hotel, which shows a much lower standard in room furnishings, services offered and catering standards. We spent 3 nights in this hotel and then we could move to the Corte Rosada at our own expense as soon as the room became vacant. We had spoiled the whole holiday because the time we had to spend relaxing and exploring the new country we spent looking for an alternative solution.
After returning we sent a complaint to both Invie and Exim Tours and we are waiting for its resolution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednáte si zájezd, a na místě se nestačíte divit. Vámi zaplacený pokoj je najednou menší, bez postelí pro děti. Hotel vám ukáže, že cestovka objednala právě toto, přímo v potvrzení objednávky upozorňuje, že pro děti nejsou zvlášť postele... Takže strávíte 5 hodin hadanim s hotelem, delegátem, a provolate spoustu času do čr v tarifu 80kc minuta. Díky, nikdy více. Mimochodem, ještě před odletem jsem se ujišťoval o parametrech pokoje a byl jsem ujištěn že pokoj je velký a s pristylkou.
You are planning a trip, and there is no wonder at the place. Your room is suddenly smaller without a baby bed. The hotel will show you that the traveler has ordered this, directly on the order confirmation that there are no extra beds for the children ... So you spend 5 hours having a hotel, a delegate, and call a lot of time in czech 80kc minutes. Thanks, never more. By the way, before I left, I assured myself about the parameters of the room and I was assured that the room was big and with a fist.

Staff for foreigners is not friendly. All information about tours can be found on their website. So you can see everything yourself and then order.

To leave customers again during hard times? You need to go out from business so companies who actually care about customers would take place.
