Na dotaz ohledně zájezdu nám prý řekne to stejné, co je na internetu, tak ať se tam podíváme sami a byla velmi ráda, když námi online vybraný zájezd byl nedostupný a mohla tak naši návštěvu ukončit bez jakékoliv alternativy či sebemnšího zájmu... naprosto neprofesionální chování, otřesný zážitek. Důvodem mé nespokojenosti je nevyužití uhrazené služby antigennich testů, resp. to, že mi nebylo sděleno, kde testy vyzvednout. Konkrétně nebylo sděleno v pokynech před odletem, tyto informace jsem nenašel na internetových stránkách, proto jsem následně volal do CK, kam jsem se však nedovolal. Proto jsem volal přímo na pobočku, kde jsem zájezd zakoupil (OC Šantovka), kde mi p. Dluhý nebyl schopen odpovět na otázku, kde testy vyzvednout. Dále jsem po příjezdu na letiště v Ostravě vyhledal okénko CK EXIM (potažmo FISHER), které však bylo uzavřeno. Proto jsem se na vyzvednutí testů šel zeptat na informace na daném letišti, kde také nic nevěděli. Prosím řekněte mi, co jsem mohl víc udělat pro to, abych si testy vyzvednul? Nebo myslíte, že bylo v mém zájmu zaplatit 2x tolik v cílené destinaci za PCR testy? Každopádně testy si CK nechala a peníze nevrátí. Solidní jednání a moje poslední návštěva této společnosti. Všem, kteří chtějí s CK Fisher, potažmo EXIM Tours cestovat přeji pevné nervy. Thank you CK Fisher (EXIM tours) for giving a valuable lesson .. The reason for my dissatisfaction is the non-use of the paid service of antigenic tests, resp. that I was not told where to pick up the tests. Specifically, it was not communicated in the instructions before departure, I did not find this information on the website, so I subsequently called the travel agency, where I did not call. Therefore, I called directly to the branch where I bought the trip (OC Šantovka), where Mr. Dluhý was not able to answer the question where to pick up the tests. Furthermore, after arriving at the airport in Ostrava, I looked for the CK EXIM window (hence FISHER), which was closed. Therefore, to pick up the tests, I went to ask for information at the airport, where they also knew nothing. Please tell me, what more could I do to pick up the tests? Or do you think it was in my interest to pay 2x as much in the targeted destination for PCR tests? In any case, the travel agency has left the tests and will not return the money. Solid negotiations and my last visit to this company. I wish strong nerves to anyone who wants to travel with CK Fisher, ie EXIM Tours.

Obsluha v restauraci a plážovém baru ,též v baru u bazenu velmi ochotná,vždy usměvavý personal.Doporucuji více jak pětihvězdičkový hotel Hotel Amphoras Blu Resort is very highly rated..food, accommodation, beach with a pier to the sea with steps .... all excellent. Staff in the restaurant and beach bar, also in the pool bar very helpful, always smiling staff. I recommend more than five star hotel
