★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nikdy více. Přijít na prodejnu a zastihnout personál hrát kostky na pokladně považuji za absolutní vrchol neprofesionality. Při prosbě o radu jsem to rovnou vzdala, protože paní neměla absolutně páru o základních parametrech sortimentu. A odér z cigaret taky na dojmu dvakrát nepřidal. Nejsem člověk co si stěžuje, ale p. Nela se na kase tváří jako ředitelka zeměkoule přitom je evidentní, že znalosti nemá.
