★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hrůza, psali že doručení bude druhý den. Nakonec to došlo až den čtvrtý. Mezitím se nešlo nikam dovolat. A to jsem na to spoléhala. Hrůza, už nikdy více!!
 Horror, they wrote that delivery would be the next day. In the end, it didn't happen until the fourth day. In the meantime, it was impossible to call anywhere. And I relied on that. Horror, never again !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trochu problém při zadání požadavku expresní dopis. Je tam popis přepravy v envelope obálce, DPD však vyžadovalo krabici. Prý dopisy nepřepravují.
A bit of a problem when requesting an express letter. There is a description of the transport in the envelope, but DPD required a box. They say they don't transport letters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobry den preprava proběhla az na doručení do místa urceni relativně dobře, ale v Maďarsku si pro balíček musel adresát dojet sám!!! Skoro jako Česká pošta u nás!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se zabezpečením dopravy jsem byla velice spokojená, jakož i s cenou. Co bych mohla vyčítat je, že nereagovali na můj email (vůbec) a měla jsem problém se dovolat - volala jsem asi pětkrát, z toho čtyřikrát nikdo telefon nezvedl. Jednou jsem měla štěstí, pán byl vstřícný a vše zařídil k mé naprosté spokojenosti.
I was very satisfied with the provision of transport, as well as with the price. What I could blame is that they didn't respond to my email (at all) and I had trouble calling - I called about five times, of which no one answered the phone four times. Once I was lucky, the gentleman was helpful and arranged everything to my complete satisfaction.
