Jídlo tradičně chutné, po jejich pastrami bych se utloukl. Na čepu měli pšeničného Richarda 11 (byl výborný) a jedenáctku Hauskrechta. Kromě masa a uzenin zde lze zakoupit i spoustu dalších produktů. New branch from Mikrofarma on Zelňák with a wider offer (including breakfast) and plenty of seating (inside and outside in the courtyard). The food is traditionally tasty, after their pastrami I would beat myself up. On the peg they had wheat Richard 11 (he was excellent) and eleven Hauskrecht. Na fotce je husí prso pečené do růžova s houbovým rizotem. Jelikož nejím koriandr, docela nepříjemně mě to překvapilo. Také kůže na prsu byla velmi tuhá, nešla krájet ani kousat. Houbové rizoto skvělé. Určitě na tento podnik nezanevřu, chtěl jsem jen upozornit na malý nedostatek. I really like this place. Quality raw materials and a nice environment. I prefer their broth. Hamburg is great too. The photo shows a goose breast baked in pink with mushroom risotto. Since I don't eat coriander, I was quite unpleasantly surprised. The skin on the breast was also very stiff, it could not be cut or bitten. Mushroom risotto great. I will certainly not betray this company, I just wanted to point out a small shortcoming.
M	M M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do Mikrofarmy jsem se úplně zamiloval! Uchvátil mě jejich bluecheese hotdog, který vyniká šťavnatou klobáskou. Rozhodujícím ale je dokonalá kontrastní kombinace slaného modrého sýra s ledově studenou slaďoučkou cibulkou. Zkoušel jsem i Burger a jiné pokrmy a vždy dostáli své předchozí zkušenosti. Na Moraváku jsem často narážel na mrzutou obsluhu, což se mi na Zelňáku ještě nestalo!? I completely fell in love with Mikrofarm! I was fascinated by their bluecheese hot dog, who excels in juicy sausage. But the decisive factor is the perfect contrasting combination of salty blue cheese with ice-cold sweet onion. I also tried burgers and other dishes and always got my previous experience. In Moravák, I often came across annoying staff, which has not happened to me at Zelňák yet!

If you want to only buy Grass Fed Beef, you can buy it at Sklizeno in Galerie Vaňkovka too. If it is your first time there, my recommended way to eat is first go there from Monday to Friday. Because you can choose your favorite from a variety of kinds of meats with a weight (gram) you like, then eat or take a way. If you are doing a ketogenic diet without carbohydrates without gluten, this type of ordering food is good for that. As a caution, a sauce "60 ml Lanýžová demi glace" is 159 Kč, expensive. Make sure prices of the foods you order. I am very happy to find this kind of restaurant in Brno. Hope that the restaurant exists long sustainably in Brno. I can also recommend Mikrofarma Praha too.

We've tried burgers, hot dogs, sandwiches as well as other choices according to daily menu and they were all really good. You can also choose steak you like from the raw meat and they can cook it for you. Definitely a good place in Brno for meat lovers!
