Již po první reklamaci, kde byl zásadní problém v nastartování čtyřkolky ( vždy se podařilo nastartovat až na 8 - 10. pokus). Majitel na to řekl, že to je v pořádku a o odstoupení od smlouvy nechtěl ani slyšet. Druhý problém je, že čtyřkolka byla o rok starší než bylo uvedeno ve smlouvě. Po dlouhých tahanicích a zmínce o návštěvě ČOI se nakonec od smlouvy podařilo odstoupit. Majitel je arogantní a neochotný. Tento obchod určitě nedoporučuji I had to complain about the ATV I bought here 5 times. Already after the first complaint, where there was a fundamental problem in starting the ATV (we always managed to start until the 8th - 10th attempt). The owner said that it was okay and he did not even want to hear about the withdrawal from the contract. The second problem is that the ATV was a year older than stated in the contract. After long struggles and a mention of a visit to the CTIA, they finally managed to withdraw from the contract. The owner is arrogant and reluctant. I definitely do not recommend this store

S panem jednatelem je vždy výborná komunikace a z jeho strany vždy velká ochota na což už v dnešní době nejsem moc zvyklí. Na servise s jednoduššími věcmi se dá domluvit i na počkání a to se u většiny konkurence už vůbec nevidí. Co se týče obchodu tak pokaždé rádi poradí. Mám od nich jak textilní tak i kožené oblečení a nikdy nebyl žádný problém..Všem normálním a racionálně uvažujícím lidem vřele doporučuji. Top service that will never throw you out of even banal things. There is always excellent communication with the managing director and always a great willingness on his part, which I am not very used to nowadays. It is also possible to arrange for service with simpler things to wait, and this is no longer the case with most competitors. As for business, they are always happy to advise. I have both textile and leather clothes from them and there has never been a problem ... I highly recommend it to all normal and rational people.

Nebyl problém s tím že mě vezmou, když pojedu takřka okolo a žárovku na počkání vymění ? takže v nouzi super. Nemusel jsem řešit nákup montáž někde u Krejnice na benzínce a těch pár korun co si řekli tssss. Paráda můžu jen doporučit a kdyby náhodou vám došlo nějaký motorkářský vybavení včetně rukavic či nepromokavé oblečení atd v shopu na místě se da koupit taktéž So today I misused this super moto service. M	Michal Sedláček on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes jsem dorazil s kolem z mota na výměnu komplet ventilku. Včera mě nechal ventilek s prázdným kolem na D1. Vymena proběhla na počkání a s ochotou ??. Jsem z Rosic a vůbec jsem netušil, že tu servisují, prodávají a mají i kompletní motovybavení. Určitě zkusím pravidelný servis, když to mám za rohem. 30.5.2022 - přezutí pneu, rychlá domluva a dobře odvedená práce.? Today I arrived with a bike from the motto to replace the valve set.
