★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aktuální tým je fajn. Ochotní, milí. Před nákupem celkem fundované představení typu, o který jsem měl zájem, přidána osobní zkušenost prodejce. Předání motocyklu bylo ve srovnání s předchozí nemilou zkušeností z roku 2015 nyní v pořádku. Nový stroj mi byl představen, podrobně vysvětleny funkce, doporučeno příslušenství, pomohli mi s naložením. Asi by to mělo být běžné, ale není, takže standard se zdá být nadstandardem. Vyskytl se problém s přihlášením kvůli končící Euro 4, ale řešili aktivně, i když se nejednalo o selhání na jejich straně, vyřešeno. První servis po 1000 km bez nutnosti objednání dopředu, na počkání, byl zdarma, OK. Drobné mouchy by se našly, ale celkově je zatím dojem pozitivní, snad to tak vydrží.

There was a problem with the login due to the ending Euro 4, but they solved actively, although it was not a failure on their part, solved. The first service after 1000 km without the need to order in advance, waiting, was free, OK. Small flies would be found, but overall the impression is still positive, hopefully it will last.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se servisem mé motorky jsem byl velice spokojený.Po telefonické domluvě mně hned druhý den přijmuli a servis byl hotový během chvilky.Personál byl velice příjemný.
Určitě pro servis motorek doporučuji.

Prodejkyně nediskutuje se zákazníkem, jestli máte názor tak je ji to jedno, tak to prostě je. Zákazníků smiř se. Přijímací technik na servise neví vubec nic a jejich web je neaktuální a oni nemají ponětí co na nem je. Chovají se k Vám, jako k ovci. Měl jsem velmi nepříjemnou zkušenost ačkoliv jsem šel ve všem naproti. Přijdete do prodejny, nikdo nepozdraví, berou Vás prostě jen jako zdroj financí a služba je nulová! Pan Soukup, jako jednatel by se měl zaměřit jen na Yamahu! Pokud někomu děkuje za pozitivní recenzi, tak těm má nervy ze železa!!! Jen bych podotknul, nešlo mi o slevu ?.
Některé praktiky této firmy jsou dle mého názoru klamaní spotřebitele.

The saleswoman does not discuss with the customer, if you have an opinion, she doesn't care, so she just doesn't. Customers reconcile. The recruitment technician at the service knows nothing at all and their website is out of date and they have no idea what's on it. They treat you like a sheep. I had a very unpleasant experience even though I went in the opposite direction. You come to the store, no one greets you, they just take you as a source of finance and the service is zero! Mr. Soukup, as an executive, should focus only on Yamaha! If he thanks someone for a positive review, they have nerves made of iron !!! I would just like to point out, I was not interested in a discount ?.
Some practices of this company are, in my opinion, misleading consumers.
