I bought an article on their Amazon shop. First they sent me the wrong article. Ok, everyone makes mistakes. I send it back and ask for reimbursement. They send the product BACK and ask that I pay 18 Euros for the post costs. I refuse. Then comes a ping-pong with this dagmar, responsible for reimbursement, who finds a new excuse everytime I write to proceed to reimbursement. One time he asks me if I took a picture of the article: I say that this is nowhere written in the "send-back conditions", so no, please proceed to reimbursement. Then he says "the problem is on the way to your adress. You need to call the postal service, and ask them to send us the packet back. Then we can proceed to reimbursement".
Wait, who sent that packet again?
These guys are a JOKE. So much time lost. We are ONE MONTH after start... I had to use the Amazon A-Z Garantie.
Bonmoto, never again.
This little start goes to Marcela, the "Clients-Service" person, who was always nice (even tho the problem is not solved).
