Challenge a celý koncept F45 mi dal úžasné lidi, kteří rozumí tomu, co dělají. A já se během 8 týdnů nemusela bát za kýmkoliv a s čímkoliv přijít. Tím všem trenérům patří obrovské díky, protože bez nich bych to nezvládla. Vždy mě popostrčili tím správným směrem a donutili mě ze sebe vydat maximum. Nejtěžší v celém procesu bylo si stále vařit a dodržovat jídelníček i přes prvotní obrovské nadšení z úžasných receptů. A motivace? Samozřejmě skvělá komunita úžasných lidí (bez kterých si nedokáži již představit začátek svého dne), dynamické tréninky, které dají člověku brutálně do těla a jednoduše láska na celý život, které se nechcete vzdát. PS. Fajn bonus jsou shozená kila a tuky;).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome gym with awesome staff! You will feel welcome from the moment you come in the door. It is a great gym for people of all ages and fitness levels. All of the trainers are extremely helpful and ready to answer any and all of your questions not only about the exercises but diet as well. The actual facilities are very modern and nice. Every workout is different than the last, which makes it even more interesting. The 45 mins is over before you know. Just be warned.....it is extremely addictive and you might have to buy new clothes because the results start showing fast. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an upbeat, fun, motivating, gym. Before you know it, everyone at the gym will be more like friends and family than just random people you are doing a gym class with. 10 out of 5 stars ?

Super excited for trying this concept. So nice to receive such excellent customer service here in the centre as it can be a bit of a rarity!
Both Sandra and Jakub were so very friendly and welcoming. Sandra did an amazing Job of explaining the concept and was patient with my (many) questions. Highly recommended
An update now having tried this amazing concept, so looking forward to getting fit again within a super friendly and encouraging environment. Can’t imagine why other gyms are even open still, this knock socks off anything I’ve ever tried. Do it, you won’t be disappointed. Update with weight loss this week...almost 2 weeks in
