Parking: Na rynku, bezpłatny w niedzielę. Niestety wówczas miasto jest umarłe.
Jest to dość ciekawy pomnik, przestawiający bajkowego smoka. Mieści się on w mieście, który słynie z bajkowych postaci - Rumcajsa czy Żwirka i Muchomorka. Niestety próżno szukać dookoła innych odwołań do bajek.
Przed smokiem stoi żółta ławeczka.
Location: Almost in the city center, less than 5 minutes from the square.
Parking: On the square, free on Sunday. Unfortunately, then the city is dead.
It is quite an interesting monument presenting a fairy-tale dragon. It is located in a city famous for its fairy-tale characters - Rumcajs or Żwirek i Muchomorka. Unfortunately, there are no other references to fairy tales around.
There is a yellow bench in front of the dragon.

Na jaře do Jičína „přiletěl“ hodný drak. Své místo si našel v samotném centru města na Husově třídě a okamžitě se stal její dominantou.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je to úžasná kovová konstrukce v podobě pohádkového draka. Muselo být hodně náročné vše promyslet a naplánovat postup prací. Nepovažuji za zcela bezpečné lezení dětí po této dominantě. Přeci jenom se najdou tu i tam nebezpečná místa. Ale navzdory tomu je dost často takto využíván.
It is an amazing metal construction in the form of a fairy dragon. It must have been very difficult to think through everything and plan the progress of the work. I do not consider it completely safe for children to climb this dominant feature. After all, there are dangerous places here and there. But despite this, it is quite often used in this way.
