★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uz jsem cvicil s hodne trenerama a zkousel ruzny programy jako cross fit a jiny ale pan Jez je suverenne nejlepsi volbou pokud chcete nejen si dobre a kvalitne zacvicit, ale hlavne zmenit zpusob mysleni, zacit se o sebe starat, zmenit jidelnicek....nepamatuju se, ze bych se nekdy tesil na cviceni tak jako ted.
A to uz mam opravdu neco za sebou.
Moc dekuju!
 I have practiced a lot of training and tried various programs like cross fit and other but Mr. Jez is the best choice if you want not only to practice well and quality, but mainly to change the way of thinking, take care of yourself, change the dining room .... do not remember It seems that I would ever look forward to the exercise as I do now.
And I really have something behind me.
