E	Ernst Bluthner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Confusing infrastructure and guidance into were is each department . Experience during delivery of the baby and post birth of the baby was ok as we paid extra for the VIP service.
I	Ivan Valev on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been waiting in the emergency room for over an hour for someone to examine my wife. This is ridiculous. Quick to take money, slow to provide a medical service. The staffing and whoever runs this place should be ashamed of themselves. Never coming back, would advise everyone to avoid this place.
A	Ariane on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was bitten by a tick and the internet confused me, so I went to the emergency at about 0:30 at night. They treat it very professionally, used some wet cotton balls (seems with alcohol) to sweep the bug, and it went out easily. No tweezers, no dead bug mouth in the skin, professional! Then they tell me what to do after clearly. One word, professional! And now I learned how to move a tick out. Hope never catch by it again though.
R	Rejenish Umapathy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the largest and best around Prague , especially for tourists/ foreigner - they have foreigners reception and help centre in 1st floor above emergency entry - very organised and professional - had to take x-ray and ultrasound scan - it's was done very well and fast - most docs speak a bit of English - Take care
D	Dylan Blommaert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent my partner and myself away because her being unable to breathe wasn’t enough of an emergency, and they didn’t have anyone else on staff to help aside from the emergency team (even though there was no one else there). They told us we had to either pay €200 or leave, even though we were basically just looking for someone to write us a simple antibiotics prescription. We ended up leaving the country to go home and find a doctor there instead, as the flights back were about the same.
S	Stefan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maybe this is czech standard but I was totally not amused. Hospital let you wait very long with pain. After 4h receipt for medicin. Had to ask 4 times that they give me something for my pain. Missing medicin which should be obligatory like it is in other hospitals (even in brasil). Cant recommend but who can choose in case of emergency...

Just wanted a quick help and pills to calm down the extreme pain… I was told to wait approximately 5 hours or go to my normal doctor. Not kind service at all…
A	Alvaro R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As foreigner always take a Czech SIM card with you, they will request to contact your medical insurance company for a confirmation letter or/and guaranteed letter by yourself, at least once. Do NOT ever pay in advance, because, they may send the bill again to your home country, even though, after sending the proof of payment by email, personally I got it, but the response was "sorry something wrong".The double payment is a very common trick in Eastern Europe when your presence is away as tourist.
