★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Evangelický sbor v Čáslavi byl založen v roce 1781. Tehdy měl však sídlo v nedalekých Močovicích. Roku 1866 byl v Čáslavi zakoupen dům vedle kostela a upraven jako fara, protože stará fara v Močovicích i s toleranční modlitebnou vyhořela. Kořeny sboru sahají až do doby předbělohorské, k první vlně husitských reformací a k Jednotě bratrské.
The Evangelical Church in Čáslav was founded in 1781. At that time, however, it had its seat in nearby Močovice. In 1866, a house next to the church was bought in Čáslav and renovated as a rectory, because the old rectory in Močovice, even with a tolerant prayer house, burned down. The roots of the church go back to the pre-White Mountain period, to the first wave of Hussite Reformations and to the Unity of Brethren.
