★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Calling outlet an outlet should be cheaper than normal. But you can actually find cheaper in original store on the outlet products. The 20-30% lower price is actually normal price. But as anywhere you can find lovely things for your money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not go to Sparkys store as it is a total rip off! Their original price is set to 25% higher than in regular store and then they put a "discount"! Also, they do not return money, so the only option is they sell you another overprised item.

Both was little bit as I expected that why I give 3 stars but if we talk about organization it's great I can give big ??. After less than 24 hours some one he reported on my review. Keep going. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large shopping centre with stores of many world-known brands. Usually offer lower prices comparing to other Czech shops, still quite expensive comparing to similar stores in other countries... But that is somehow typical for CZ. In some shops the staff is helpful and kind, in some other they just ignore you even if you are the only one in the shop, e.g. Very kind and helpful lady in Esprit while 5 ladies in Hilfiger just chat together ignoring customers in the shop. The centre also has dining area, coffee shops and refreshments.

The information desk's lady is so friendly and patience to explain everything for you, and every store's clerk is very polite and willing to help all the time. This is a place that you do not want to miss. And remember to get the VIP DAY PASS for discount at the information desk when you get there. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place. But it isn't very close to the tram and lacks many eating options. The Burger place (Regal) is pretty good, but there just aren't many places for food.
The outlet store I went to (I needed a suitcase) was nice, and the folks were helpful, but the price was 15 Kč more than the luggage shop in city center of Prague (though 5o be fair, it was discounted there too). Same with online shops here in Czech. So, making it to the outskirts of the city to come to this outlet wasn't really a good plan.
The currency exchange was the best rate for euros I've seen here though, polite, fast, and a good rate!
If you find a good deal in town, take it so you don't waste the trip all the way out here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As opposed to many other Outlets, this Fashion Arena is really good outlet with real outlet prices and many choices, many known brands selling their collections.
The prices in most stores are real outlet prices. Big parking place, cafes, restaurants, toilers, bus stop and shuttles, all facilities you need to spend your day comfortably.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you love name brands then this is your place to shop. You would need a good few hours to cover all the shops.
Toilets are well kept and a baby room with microwave is available for moms and tots. Plenty of parking available. Restaurants and coffee shops at the center for your shopping breaks (yes you will need it)
